JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (UPI) -- William L. Meeks, 21 New Albany, was killed in a two-car collision on U. S. 450 in Clarksville Monday. Critically injured was Samuel F. Epperson, 23, also of New Albany. T hey were passengers in a car that collided head-on with a car driven by Raymond H. Rainbolt, 37, Corydon, who escaped with minor injuries.

Funeral services for Sharon E. Lehmann, 60, of Jeffersonville, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5, at Coots Funeral Home, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services.

She was a homemaker and was a coupon queen.

Survivors include her husband, Phillip A. Lehmann; three sons, Jimmy Angel and wife, Marianne, Pekin, Dennis M. Angel and wife, Rhonda, Jeffersonville and Fredrick P. Angel and wife, Sam, Hibernia; two daughters, April E. Stackhouse and husband, Wesley, Jeffersonville and Mindy R. Lehmann, Louisville; 11 grandchildren, Yale, Angel and Lilly Stackhouse, Jordan, Jacob and Jonathon Lehmann, Jaylyn Lehmann-Shorter, Michael Loveless, Rachel Rice, Steve Seavers and Eddie Sestito and wife, Amanda; and a great-granddaughter, Rosalynn Sestito.

Visitation at the funeral home will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Sept. 4 and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.

NEW ALBANY -- William E. Long Jr., 62, died Monday at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

He was a retired employee of the old Standard Gravure Corp., an Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of Central Christian Church, Bonnie Sloan American Legion Post 28 and Hobart Beach Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1693.

Survivors include his wife, the former Phyllis L. Wootan; a son, Barry L. Long; daughters Pamela L. Striegel and Shelly Pinnick; his mother, Fern M. Long, three grandchildren.

The son of the late Frank and Ruth (Snodgrass) Jenkins, Dennis was born November 30, 1943 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the owner of Arc Weld, Inc. in Corydon, Indiana. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Laura Hinkle.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Kathy (Russell) Jenkins; children, Brian Jenkins (Jessica) of Corydon IN, Mark Jenkins (Stacy) of Lanesville IN and Julie Heidbreder (Hudson) of Greenville IN; brother, David O. Jenkins (Cindy) of Kansas City MO; and grandchildren, Mackenzie, Zachary, Wesley, Jake, Dalton, Jenna and Tanner.

Visitation will be 3:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Friday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
