Mrs. A. C. McLaughlin
Nancy Evaline Hayworth was born in Wayne county, Ind April 22, 1850, and died at her home in Trenton MO., April 26, 1924, at the age of 74 years and 4 days.
She united in marriage to Arlando C. McLaughlin on Oct. 3 1875. To this union five children were born all of whom survive her being Mrs. Milla Belvel, Mrs. Maud Belvel, Mrs. Eltha Tuller and Rolla D. McLaughlin all of Lineville, Iowa, and Mrs. Rose Thomas of Trenton.
In early youth she united with the Presbyterian church and lived a devoted Christian life until death. besides her husband and children she is survived by 21 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, one brother Harvey Hayworth of Warsaw, MO and a host of friends.
Funeral services were conducted Monday morning at the Christian church by J. E. Todd, the pastor of the church.
A trio composed of Mrs Floyd Rader, Mrs L. B. Stuart and J. E. Todd sang "Beautiful Isle" and "Sometime We'll Understand" with Mrs Gussie Callan at the piano. Mrs Winnie Coughlin sang "In the Garden".
The pallbearers were Tom Grimes, Clint Mason, Dick Boyer, Al George, Jim Keith, and Walter McKeen.
She was buried in April 1924 in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Trenton, Grundy Co., MO.
