Died in car accident with his Wife, Father and Sister. The vehicle they were in had driven off an embankment while crossing a viaduct over a railroad crossing. Onlookers came to their rescue, and the four passengers seemed to have survived the accident. Those that came to their rescue couldn't open the mangled doors to have them exit. Unfortunately, the car had burst into flames with the four trapped inside and they all perished.
