Brenda Kay Lukens, 48, of Yucaipa died Wednesday of a homicide in Rialto.
Lukens, a native of Springfield, Ohio, lived in San Bernardino County 28 years. She worked as a senior operations officer at the Rialto branch of Home Savings of America. Survivors include her son, Jerry H. of West Point, Utah; her parents, Fern and Lee Wisdom; her brother, Gregg L. Wisdom, all of Highland' and two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E. Highland Ave., San Bernardino. Interment will be private.

James Howard Lukens were divorced on 20 December 1984 in Washoe Co., NV. Cause of death: Homicide -- stabbed to death by Sheldon Townsy during an attempted bank robbery. Townsy was arrested moments later outside the bank, and was subsequently tried and convicted.
