Viola Hicks Larimore, 88, passed away Monday, December 8, 2008 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born March 3, 1920 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Albert and Rose (Robinson) Hicks. Viola earned her cosmetology degree at a young age in Ada, Oklahoma and then moved from Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to South Oklahoma City. She then owned and operated the Art of Beauty Salon for over 50 years. She loved her family and will be missed by them all. Viola is survived by two daughters, Oneka Kinslow of Moore and Sherri Martin and husband David of OKC three grandchildren, Stan Kinslow, Jeff Taylor and Debra Bouckaret and seven great grandchildren, Morgan, Graham, Christy, Kyle, Jason, Michael and Brandon. She is preceded in death by her parents her husband, Lloyd her daughter, Sharon one brother and seven sisters. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 12, 2008, in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
