Charles Richard "Rick" Fuller, 65, of Ottawa, died January 27, 2008, at home.
Mr. Fuller was born July 19, 1942, in Ottawa, to Charles Claire and Shirley Maude (Peterson) Fuller, Sr. He married Sari Shapiro on February 23, 1965, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. He was employed by Wedron Silica for 35 years. He was a member of Wedron United Methodist Church now known as Victory Fellowship Church. He was a member of the Ottawa Moose Lodge #960.
He is survived by his wife; four sons, Stewart, Robert, William and Charlie all of Ottawa; two daughters, Michele Lebeau of Ottawa and Barbara Coney of Wedron; three step-brothers, Doug, Jeff and Ed Ricci all of Utica; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy (Bruce) Hoxsey of Ladd and Pamela (Douglas) Ricci of Ottawa; and his mother, Shirley Ricci of Ottawa.
He was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Bonnie Jo Hackler; his paternal and maternal grandparents.

OTTAWA – Pamela Sue Ricci, age 64, of Ottawa, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 29th at Gladfelter Funeral Home with Reverend Duane Kaufman officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Utica. Visitation will be from Noon to 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Pamela was born April 8, 1953 in Ottawa, a daughter of Charles and Shirley (Peterson) Fuller. She married Douglas Ricci November 5, 1972 at the Wedron United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Doug; children, David (Jody) Ricci of Ottawa and Toni (T.J. Thone) Ricci of Ladd. She also leaves her mother and step-father, Shirley Fuller-Ricci and Ken Ricci; a sister, Nancy Hoxsey of Oglesby; a grandson, Denton Ricci of Ottawa and her beloved cat, Bear.
Pam was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Chuck” Fuller; a brother, Rick Fuller and a sister, Bonnie Hackler.
Pam was a member of the Wedron United Methodist Church and had been employed by Office Max. Her love of music was quite evident in her song writing, singing and playing the guitar. She played in several bands along with her husband Doug, and sang in an acapella group with her sisters. Pam enjoyed old movies and musicals, as well as video games, particularly Ratchet and Clank and Pac Man. She had a great sense of humor and left many lasting impressions with her great personality and laughter.
Pam most importantly loved her family and taking care of them. She will be deeply missed. Memorial contributions may be directed to her husband, Doug Ricci.
