Irving married first Josephine Gavin, 29 MAY 1926, Manhattan, New York City. He married second Gladys V. Seeger, 23 MAY 1936, Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Ellen L. Martin who died 15 JUN 1977, age 50, was a later wife of Irving C. Hanners and is buried with him at Nisky Hill Cemetery, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Catherine J. Fuller first married Charles McNair Magnuson 11 JUN 1938 in New York (engagement reported in the 4 APR 1938 edition of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, page 6), and they were divorced in 1946, Martin County, Florida. The marriage to Irving Hanners obviously occurred after that event, and before the birth of her eldest son, Christopher Ross Hanners on 14 FEB 1948. She remarried to Robert L. Thayer 10 FEB 1968, Accomack County, Virginia.

Richard Jude Krzyzanski Battle Creek Richard Jude Krzyzanski, 68, a native of Milwaukee, WI, and a resident of Battle Creek, went home to be with Jesus on His birthday (December 25, 2008) after spending his final months in the love and care of his children and grandchildren.
He was born on May 15, 1940 to Rose and Raymond Krzyzanski, the second of five sons. Richard attended school at St. Mary's Catholic School until 8th grade, and went to Bronson High School. He attended Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek.
Richard worked in sales for most of his life, most recently as an independent masonry and restoration contractor.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Raymond and his older brother, Ronald. He is survived by his mother, Rose; three younger brothers; estranged wife, Jacqueline and ex-wife, Barbara, mother of his eight children: Kelli (Joseph) Boggio of Climax, Ann Gagne-Valentine of Battle Creek, John Krzyzanski of Virginia, Matthew Krzyzanski, Theresa (Kevin) Snyder, Rachel (Damon) Walker, Elizabeth (David) Waite and Richard Krzyzanski, all of Battle Creek; and 21 grandchildren.
Richard was a talented artist and writer. He wrote a weekly column for the Battle Creek Enquirer called "Watching Them Grow", a chronical of the trials and tribulations associated with raising eight children. When his children were young, Richard was very involved with St. Philip Parish. He was active in the Charismatic Renewal and taught Catechism classes to the young people in the Parish. Richard was an avid gun collector and enjoyed target shooting, fishing and karaoke. He was a lover of nature and animals and passed this love on to his children and grandchildren.
At the request of the family, they will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home. A memorial Mass to celebrate Richard's life will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Battle Creek, followed by a burial service in the chapel at Oak Hill Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to his children, would be appreciated. Rosalie L. Krzyzanski, 98, of Bronson, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at Heinemann's Assisted Living in Coldwater.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 1:30 PM at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Coldwater with Rev. Fr. German Perez-Diaz officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater with the Rosary to be recited at 8:00 PM.
Rose was born September 4, 1915 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Joseph and Rose (Liban) Patoka, she was one of six children.
She attended St. Vincent de Paul School and Church and graduated from the South Division High School in 1933. She married Raymond Krzyzanski on May 2, 1936 in Milwaukee, WI. He preceded her in death in 1992. Rose and Ray, Sr. moved to Michigan in 1946, Rose worked at L.A. Darling Co. in Bronson for 17 years and then for the Coldwater Regional Center, retiring in 1978.
Rose was an active member of St. Charles Borromeo Church, where she belonged to St. Ann's Guild and the 50+ Group. She was also active in the Coldwater Area Senior Citizen's Club, a former 20 year member of the Red Cross and the Good Times Kitchen Band for 16 years. It gave Rose great pleasure to play at the convalescent homes in the Coldwater area. She enjoyed bowling, visiting with friends, and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Rose also wrote poetry and various articles in the Coldwater Daily Reporter about events around the community. She was very proud of the time she walked the Mackinac Bridge when she was 68 years old. Rose was a real people person, with many good friends, Mildred Stingle and Mary Baird to name a few.
Rose is survived by her sons, Raymond (Nancy) Krzyzanski of Pagosa Springs, CO, Ralph (Diane) Krzyzanski of Colon, Roger (Kay) Krzyzanski of Coldwater, 17 grandchildren and step-grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews of Milwaukee, WI and Riverside, CA.
In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her sons, Ronald and Richard Krzyzanski in 2008, her sisters Josephine Wieniek, Sophie Moore, and Bridget Gilhuly, her brothers Andrew and Mike Patoka, her grandchildren Michael Krzyzanski in 2003 and Tammi (Krzyzanski) Schrum in 2013
Memorials may be directed to St. Charles Borromeo Church for Masses, Branch Area Food Pantry or The Commission on Aging.
