DEMMITT, Jeffrey M., Sr.

48, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Saturday March 13, 2004 at his residence. He was born March 31, 1955 in Troy, Ohio the son of Albert & Phyllis (Cotterman) Reed (sic). He was a foreman for Reese Paving.

He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey M. Demmitt, Jr. of Miamisburg, Ohio and Cody Demmitt of New Carlisle; a daughter, Amanda Demmitt of Miamisburg, & two grandsons, Noah Demmitt and Scotty Jackson; a brother, Rodney E., Sr. and his wife Roberta Demmitt of New Carlisle, eight step brothers & sisters; his mother, Phyllis; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Albert; a sister, Diana Tragesser.

A memorial service will be held at 12 noon Saturday, March 20, 2004 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN & CHRISTMAS FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Friends may call one hour prior to services. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Trostel, Chapman & Christmas Funeral Home, 507 W. Jefferson St., New Carlisle, Ohio 45344.
