     Luise Geissinger was born on 17 August 1909 at Schiltigheim bei Straßburg, Germany. She married Friedrich Munzinger, son of Friedrich Wilhelm Munzinger and Karoline Mathilde Ludwig, on 22 February 1941 at Weinheim, Rhein-Pfalz, Germany. Luise Geissinger died on 16 August 2003 at Cologne, Germany, at age 93.

     Mary A. Geissinger married Daniel Barnard.

     Warren Geissinger was born on 26 February 1883.¹ He was the son of Ephraim Geissinger and Catherine Price.¹ Warren Geissinger married Jennie McGettigan, daughter of John F. McGettigan and Mary (?), on 27 August 1905.¹ Warren Geissinger lived at Norristown, Montgomery Co., PA.¹

     William Geissinger was born on 4 May 1874.¹ He was the son of Ephraim Geissinger and Catherine Price.¹ William Geissinger married Annie Barnes, daughter of John Barnes and Elizabeth (?), on 30 October 1901.¹

     Margaret Geldmacher was also known as "Maggie". She was born on 14 March 1869 at Carroll Co., IL.¹ She married Charles Zugschwerdt on 11 May 1887 at Carroll Co., IL. Margaret Geldmacher died on 16 June 1951 at Freeport, Stephenson Co., IL, at age 82.

     Theresia Elizabeth Gelhaus was born in August 1854 at Westfalen, Germany (now). She married Johann Heinrich Tofall circa 1886.¹ Theresia Elizabeth Gelhaus died after 13 June 1900.

     Elizabeth Ann Gelofsack was also known as "Mickey". She was born on 11 November 1929 at Scranton, Lackawanna Co., PA. She was the daughter of Joseph Aloysius Gelofsack and Martha Jackson.¹ Elizabeth Ann Gelofsack married Glenn Harrison Wendell, son of Francis Dana Wendell and Joan Gertrude Keller, on 15 August 1947 at Cuyahoga Co., OH. Elizabeth "Mickey" Wendell, 85, of Waco, died September 11, 2015. Services will be at Victorious Life Church, 7459 S IH 35, Robinson, Texas, Thursday, September 17, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Pat Cummings officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 16, at Victorious Life Church.

Elizabeth "Mickey" was born November 11, 1929, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where she lived and attended school until the family moved to East Cleveland, Ohio, in 1943. On her 17th birthday she met her future husband at a dance studio. They married eight months later on August 15, 1947. She then worked as a waitress in the restaurant that her husband co-owned. Her husband, an Army Air Corps World War II veteran, re-enlisted in February, 1950, into the United States Air Force for navigator training. During his training period, she again became a waitress at the Ellington Air Force Base Officer's Club. The day before he received his commission as an officer with navigator wings, she was a waitress; the next day she was an officer's wife! What a thrill it was that day! Several years later he received his pilot wings.

Mickey gave birth to five children during her husband's career in the Air Force. She dedicated her life to her husband and children. At Laughlin AFB and later, when stationed in Austin at Bergstrom AFB, she was a Girl Scout and a Boy Scout leader.

While stationed at James Connally AFB from 1957 to1962, Mickey and Glenn built the Cloverleaf Mobile Home Estates in Bellmead. After his retirement at Bergstrom AFB, Mickey took the initiative to start a day care for young children in their Austin home for several years while her husband commuted back and forth between Austin and Waco to continue to do further expansion to their mobile home park. In 1982 the family moved back to Waco.

During the 80's and 90's, Mickey was an active member of the Waco Civic Garden Club, serving as Vice-President and President for many years. In her later years, she continued to be a loving, generous person as well as care-giver to all. She was a devoted, proud and topnotch mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years; and their five children: son, Glenn H. Wendell Jr. and wife, Laura, of Waco, daughters, Laura Smith and husband, Phillip, of Arlington, Martha "Martie" Rodriguez and husband, Bob, of New Braunfels, Glenda Brackmann and husband, Herbert, of Waco, and Constance "Connie" Lednicky and husband, Steve, of Waco; and sisters, Ruthie, Niney, and Delores, of Ohio; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren

Simmermacher, after 16 October 1940, Charlotte and Chester were both residents of the same apartment building or rooming house in Kansas City, as of the 1940 census. She was a stenographer and he was an accountant. That is probably where they met. Chester listed his next-of-kin as his father on his WW II draft registration, 16 OCT 1940, Kansas City.⁴ Charlotte Virginia Gelwix died on 13 March 2007 at Wichita, Sedgwick Co., KS, at age 91.

     Daniel Gelwix was born on 26 July 1809 at Letterkenny Twp., Franklin Co., PA.¹ He married Sarah Cormany. Daniel Gelwix lived on 28 June 1860 at Letterkenny Twp., Franklin Co., PA, Blacksmith.¹ He died on 29 November 1892 at age 83.

Wounded at Argonne Forest, Sept. 29, 1918. Discharged as Corporal, Statistical Section, Second Army Headquarters, March 22, 1919.
