Edward Stanley Harper was born on 27 April 1904. He was the son of William Harper and Mary Mather. Edward Stanley Harper married Mary Ellen Kathleen DeWald, daughter of William Montgomery DeWald and Myrtella Delilah Gage, on 23 December 1926. Edward Stanley Harper died on 10 September 1977 at age 73.
