She is survived by her loving companion, Edward "Mac" McNamara; daughter, Karen (Don) St. Sure; sons, David (Tammy) Dybvig and Paul (Dorothy) Dybvig; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A service will be held at Skyline Country Club, Saturday, February 28, 2009, at 12:00 noon.

He is survived by his wife, Diane E. (Fouss) Hartley, whom he married on Aug. 6, 1967. Also surviving are his daughters, Joanna L. Hupp (Douglas) of Bel Aire, and Angela G.
