Isabell Haycock Duncombe Chinoweth was a daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and a friend to all. Isabell passed away at the age of 83 on March 31, 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT. She was born on March 23, 1925 in Escalante, UT to James Arthur Haycock (deceased) and Alice Spencer Haycock (deceased). She later married William E. Duncombe (deceased) on November 13, 1945 and raised three children. They later divorced. Isabell then married the love of her life Harry Chinoweth (deceased). Isabell enjoyed 25 years working at the Hotel Utah and Westin Hotels as the head of housekeeping. During her time at the Hotel Utah, Isabell met many people such as Presidents of the United States, celebrities like Elvis Presley, Presidents of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Apostles of the Church. Isabell is survived by her three children, her son, Dean (ReNae) Duncombe (West Valley City, UT), whom she lived with, her daughter, Beth and Brennen (grandson) Spencer (Kearns, UT), and her son, Ron (Marilyn) Duncombe (Chino, CA). She has 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and one sister-in-law, Renea Fontenot. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Alice Haycock, twelve brothers and sisters, one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter. The family would like to thank the staff of Majestic Care Center and the staff of Inspiration Hospice for their time and care that was provided to Isabell. A special thank you to Dr. Mark D. Johnson, who was Isabell's physician for many years. Isabell will be greatly missed and always loved by her family and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 3, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 E. 700 S., Salt Lake City. Funeral Services Held Wednesday At Wayne
Mrs. Mary Thuman, 74, Anamosa, died Sunday, Oct. 9, at an Iowa City hospital, where she had been a patient for ten days.
Funeral services, were held Wednesday, Oct. 12, at 2 p.m. at Wayne Zion Lutheran church. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery, Monticello. Goettsch Funeral home, Anamosa, was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers included John August, Carl Husman, Allan Siebels, Louie Hayen and Lawrence Rieken.
She was bon Feb. 9, 1886, daughter of Henry and Catherine Harms Hayen, Wayne township.Jones County. She was married to Carl H. Thuman, May 2, 1905. Couple farmed in Wayne township and near Amber until Mr. Thuman's death in 1931.
Since her husband's death she had lived at Fairview and had been employed as a housekeeper for Chris Bendixen, Anamosa, for the last several years.
Survivors include three daughters, Gladys, Mrs. Phillip DeWitt, Clinton; Hattie, Mrs. John Grant, Anamosa; and Lorene, Mrs. Melvin Skalsky, Mechanicsville; and one son, Willis Thuman, Stone City.
Other survivors include three sisters, Meta Hedden, Mrs. William Reiken and Mrs. Rudy Tobiassen, all of Monticello; and two brothers, John Hayen and Henry Hayen both of Monticello; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two sisters.

     Abraham Lincoln Hayes was born in June 1865 at Vinton Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Charles Wesley Hayes and Emily Knisley.² Abraham Lincoln Hayes married Sarah Catherine Dollison, daughter of James Dollison and Mary E. Rhine, on 24 December 1885 at Vinton Co., OH. Abraham Lincoln Hayes lived on 19 June 1900 at Essex Twp., Stark Co., IL, Railroad section hand.¹ He died in April 1910 at Peoria Co., IL, at age 44. He was buried in 1910 at Princeville Township Cemetery, Princeville, Peoria Co., IL, Findagrave #22075957.

     Adaline Hayes was also known as "Adelaide". She was born in January 1846 at Illinois; her parents are unknown. No close match to her name is found in the 1860 census anywhere near Tazewell County. In the 1860 census, she was listed, age 14, living in the William and Jane (Lester) Sennett household in Sand Prairie Township, with no other apprent relatives anywhere near that location. This Jane Lester's ancestry and fate is also unknown -- she could have been related somehow to Adaline. DLB 2022.¹

She married David Hawkins, son of John Hawkins and Charlotte Temple Larimore, on 10 December 1863 at by Ezra Rector, J.P., Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL. Adaline Hayes lived on 24 June 1880 at Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL.² She lived on 6 June 1900 at 215 Charlotte Street, Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL.¹ She died on 21 September 1921 at age 75. She was buried in September 1921 at Lakeside Cemetery, Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL, Findagrave #203609311.

     Allen Hayes was born circa 1909 at Illinois.¹ He married Dorothy L. Eye, daughter of Hiram Edward Eye and Catherine Amanda Smith, circa 1929 at Tazewell Co. (probably), IL.¹

     Andrew Garfield Hayes was born on 12 March 1882 at Vinton Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Abraham Lincoln Hayes and Sarah Catherine Dollison.¹ Andrew Garfield Hayes married Myrtle May Jackson, daughter of Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth Coons, on 31 December 1907 at Knox Co., IL. Andrew Garfield Hayes lived on 18 April 1910 at 1240 South Seminary Street, Galesburg, Knox Co., IL, Brakeman on railroad.² He died on 17 July 1943 at Galesburg, Knox Co., IL, at age 61.

     Andrew Jackson Hayes was the son of John Hayes and Mary Parrett.

     Barnett Adam Hayes was also known as "Barney". He was born in November 1857 at Illinois.¹ He married Julia Frances Harp on 1 October 1878 at Morgan Co., IL, Fanny was first married to George A. Budy Hayes, 87, of Peoria passed away Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at his residence.

He was born April 26, 1927, in Peoria, the son of Walter and Blanche Chinowth Hayes. He married Marjorie Crowley in Peoria on Oct. 8, 1949.

Budy is survived by his wife of 65 years; one son, Michael (Ann) Hayes of El Dorado, Ark; one daughter, Sally Mesa of Chicago; and one sister, Thelma Ackerman of Morton.

He retired after 30 years as a supervisor for meter readers and customer service at CILCO in 1984.

Budy was a U.S. Army veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Susan Hayes; and three sisters; one brother.

Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery.

Hayes began military service in December 1942 WW II service, U.S. Army, enlisted, Cpl. He died on 13 May 1944 at Peoria Heights, Peoria Co., IL, at age 32

Mrs. Lloyd K. (Cecil E.) Ingram, 71, of 5011 Prospect Road died yesterday in St. Francis Hospital.

A resident of the above address since 1966 and of Peoria most of her life, she was born March 17, 1909, in Springfield. A daughter of Walter B. and Blanche Chinowth Hayes, she married Mr. Ingram Feb. 24, 1934, in Peoria.

Surviving are her husband; one son, John Kenneth Ingram of Peoria; one daughter, Mrs. Carol Williams of Morton; one brother, Budy Hayes of Peoria; and three sisters, Mrs. Marcine Behrends and Mrs. Ileen Smothers, both of Peoria, and Mrs. Thelma Ackerman of Morton.

She worked at Employers Mutual Insurance Co. 23 years, retiring in 1974. She then worked as a bookkeeper at Gregg Florist.

Tenna's mother, Mary Larimore witnessed the ceremony. Chester Arthur Hayes died on 26 November 1965 at Newark, Licking Co., OH, at age 60. He was buried on 28 November 1965 at Newark Memorial Gardens.

     Dale L. Hayes was born on 4 January 1920 at Colfax, Dunn Co., WI. He was the son of Everett Hayes and Mabel Mandorin. Dale L. Hayes began military service WW II serivce, U.S. Army, Purple Heart. He married Wilma Irene Elston, daughter of Lewis Everett Elston and Etha Ruth Osborn, on 17 July 1986 at Zephyr Cove, Douglas Co., NV, Dale married first, Lucille Morgan, in 1937. In the 1940 census she is listed as Henrietta.

Dale was born Jan. 4, 1920, in Colfax, Wis., the son of Everett and Mabel Mandorin Hayes. He married Lucille Morgan in 1937, in Rio, Ill. She died Oct. 22, 1984. He later married Wilma Timbrook July 17, 1986, in Lake Tahoe, Nev.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and had received the Purple Heart. He was a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local No. 25, Rock Island, for over 70 years. He had worked for Brasher and Collins, Rock Island, and Moline Heating. He was plumbing inspector with the state of Illinois and inspector for the city of Rock Island before retiring. He had been an active member of the Rock Island Lions.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Hayes, Moline; daughter, Patricia Dennis, Milan; grandchildren, Randy (Donna) Dennis, Douglas (Ranell) Dennis and Kris (Paul) Geiger, all of Milan; seven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; stepchildren, Peggy (Larry) Hufford, Hillsdale, Yvonne (Richard) Stauffer, Pittsfield, Ill., Louise Schaver, Bloomington, Ill., and Henry (Shirley) Timbrook Jr., Colona; eight step-grandchildren; 14 stepgreat-grandchildren; one stepgreat-great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his first wife; son-in-law, James Dennis; stepson, Everett "Roy" Timbrook; stepgrandson, Timothy Timbrook; and stepgreat-grandson, Jacob Timbrook.
