     Occupation: Santa Fe Railroad. Richard Clement Larimore was born on 12 September 1864 at Licking Co., OH.1 He was the son of John Larimore and Hannah Minerva Lane. Richard Clement Larimore married Ann Elizabeth Frakes, daughter of Nathan Frakes and Mary Simmons, on 11 September 1898 at Las Vegas, San Miguel Co., NM. Richard Clement Larimore married Nettie Young, daughter of Uriah Young and Margaret Miller, in June 1924. Richard Clement Larimore lived in 1930 at Winfield, Cowley Co., KS; Was also at Winfield in 1918, per mother's obituary. He died on 6 January 1946 at Winfield, Cowley Co., KS, at age 81 OBITUARY - Winfield Daily Courier, January 6, 1947, Page 8:

Richard Clement Larimore, 82, a retired claim clerk for the Santa Fe railroad, died sometime in his sleep during the night at his home 1301 east Fifth. He was found dead in his bed by his daughter Miss Hope Larimore and it is thought that death occurred around five o'clock from a heart attack.
He was born Sept. 12, 1864, in Licking county, Ohio, coming to Winfield more than 50 years ago.
He had been in the employee of the Santa Fe for many years for a time served as agent at Raton, N.M. and later as claim clerk and was retired as chief claim clerk some years ago.

Received Word Of Death of R. Larimore
Granville, Jan. 8. -- Word was received by relatives here Tuesday of the sudden death of Mr. Richard C. Larimore, a native of Licking county, in Winfield, Kan., where he resided for several years. No cause of death was given in the message.
He is survived by a daughter, Hope, of Winfield, with whom he resided; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Brown and Mrs. Fanny Fern Perry, both of Granville, one brother, William G. Larimore of Newark, and a niece, Mrs. Bryan Larimore, of Granville.
Mrs. Brown and the niece left Tuesday for Winfield. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

He was buried in January 1946 at Union Cemetery, Winfield, Cowley Co., KS.

He was the son of James Larimore and Susannah Barbel Bonner. Robert Larimore married Mary Smith on 23 September 1814 at Romney, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV).

Note: Came to Licking Co., OH with parents in 1856. Robert Allen Larimore married Caroline A. Wright, daughter of Bouton Rockwell Wright and Monima Sautine Eastman, in 1860 at Homer, Licking Co., OH. Robert Allen Larimore began military service Ohio Vol. Infantry, 20th Reg., Co. "G" (was taken prisoner.) He married Mary Jane Cummins on 5 June 1873 at Homer, Licking Co., OH. Robert Allen Larimore died on 8 February 1910 at Sunbury, Delaware Co., OH, at age 73. Cause of death: on 8 February 1910 he was murdered by his son in-law Lyman Bolton. The available evidence suggests to me that he actually did not know the year. His parents probably were more accurate in the early censuses than he was in the later ones. DLB 2015.1,2,3,4 He was the son of John Larimore and Asenuth Mundon.1 Robert J. Larimore married Sophia Jane Ofield on 24 July 1867 at Tazewell Co., IL. Robert J. Larimore lived on 25 September 1870 at Saline Co., NE.3 He married Drucilla Bush, daughter of Isaac Bush and Harriet Hays, on 30 January 1877 at Tazewell Co., IL. Robert J. Larimore lived on 19 June 1880 at Beatrice, Gage Co., NE.4 He lived on 6 June 1900 at 534 South Third Street, Beatrice, Gage Co., NE.5 He died on 4 October 1922 at Beatrice, Gage Co., NE.

Roy Elbert Larimore began military service on 4 May 1917 WW I, U.S. Navy, enlisted, discharged 28 AUG 1937. He married Frances Bernice Spradley, daughter of Clarence Spradley and Nellie Jane Hamby, on 18 November 1922. Roy Elbert Larimore began military service on 28 May 1942 WW II, U.S. Navy, discharged 8 oct 1945. He died on 2 June 1985 at Loma Linda VA Hospital, Loma Linda, San Bernardino Co., CA, at age 87.      Samuel Larimore was born on 20 November 1815 at Three Churches, Hampshire Co., VA (now WV). He was the son of William Larimore and Nancy McMann. Samuel Larimore married Julia P. Taylor on 13 July 1836 at Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL. Samuel Larimore lived in August 1860 at Wayne Twp., Buchanan Co., MO.1 He and Julia P. Taylor were divorced circa 1866 at Missouri (probably); A divorce is inferred because (a) Samuel remarried in 1867, and (b) Julia is found in the 1870 census, McDonough County, Illinois, using her maiden name.2 Samuel Larimore married Margaret Faulkner in 1867. Samuel Larimore died after 26 June 1900 at Cherokee Co. (probably), KS.3
Note: Samuel disappeared sometime in the 1870s. After his second wife Margaret Faulkner died, in order to settle the estate his children had him declared dead. A Tazewell County, Illinois death certificate dated 3 February 1879 exists. However, he was living -- he is found living with his son Timothy in Ross Twp., Cherokee County, Kansas in the 1900 census. He apparently died between that date and the 1905 Kansas census.
