Christian Hirschi married Adelheid "Addi" Schoelli, daughter of Benedict Schoelli, circa 1690 at Friedelsheim (probably), Palatinate, Germany, According to the will of Christian Hershey, he was married to "Ati Sheli". She was probably Addi Schoelli, daughter of Benedict Schoelli who was a Mennonite living at Friedelsheim in 1672. Christian Hirschi lived in 1715 at Friedelsheim, Germany. He immigrated in 1717 to Lancaster Co., PA; Per Rich Davis info, Hershey Family Genealogy Forum, APR 2002. He died in 1720 at Hempfield Twp., Lancaster Co., PA.

Christian Hershy, b. 1627, was exiled in 1671 from Switzerland and was living at Friedelsheim, Germany in April 1672, age 45 years with his wife Anna Rehs, age 49 years. His three children were still in Switzerland. Christian Hirschi was born on 8 January 1641 at Schangnau, Canton Bern, Switzerland. He was the son of Isaac Hirschi and Elisabeth Schmidt. Christian Hirschi married Anna Rehs circa 1659 at Switzerland.

     Elsbeth Hirschi was born circa 1647 at Schangnau, Canton Bern, Switzerland.¹ She was the daughter of Isaac Hirschi and Elisabeth Schmidt. Elsbeth Hirschi married Michael Kauffman, son of Michael Kauffman and Anna Brendli, on 26 February 1667/68 at Steffisberg, Canton Bern, Switzerland.

     Elsbeth Hirschi was the daughter of Mathias Hirschi and Anna Stauffer.
