     Jesse Leroy Houpt was born on 13 April 1905. He married Virginia Margaret Long, daughter of Harry L. Long and Elizabeth M. Robertson. Jesse Leroy Houpt died on 12 October 1963 at Mercersburg, Franklin Co., PA, at age 58. He was buried in October 1963 at Fairview Cemetery, Mercersburg, Franklin Co., PA, Findagrave #122889317.

     Lester Houpt was born on 5 May 1920 at Oregon, Ogle Co., IL.¹ He was the son of Alva Houpt and Effie M. Row.¹

     Michael Irven Houpt was born on 13 April 1949. He was the son of Jesse Leroy Houpt and Virginia Margaret Long. Michael Irven Houpt died on 6 November 2017 at Morgantown, Monongalia Co., WV, at age 68. He was buried in November 2017 at Fairview Cemetery, Morgantown, Monongalia Co., WV, Findagrave #194651024.

     Abraham House was born circa 1776 at Virginia.¹ He was the son of Jacob House and Barbara Wendel. Abraham House married Judith Fitzwater, daughter of William Fitzwater and Anne McCaslin, on 1 December 1801 at Rockingham Co., VA.¹ Abraham House lived in 1850 at Barbour Co., VA (now WV), Abraham House sold his land in Hardy County in 1827 and relocated west to what is now Boulder (P.O. Rangoon), Barbour County, on the Buckhannon River. He died on 21 January 1854 at Barbour Co., VA (now WV). He was buried in 1854 at House Family Cemetery, Barbour Co., VA (now WV), The cemetery is located near Boulder on the Buckhannon River in Barbour County, adjacent to property formerly known as the old Pinnell homestead, mentioned in VOLUME XIV, NO. 2 April, 2000 Two Hundred Years in the Telling by Dr. Barbara Smith ( http://www.wvculture.org/history/wvhs1402.html ). The Catherine House, age 16, who appears in the 1850 census living with Abraham and Judith House, must have been a granddaughter, as Judith would have been 56 when Catherine was born. DLB 2011.¹

     Alice A. House was born in December 1860 at Concord Twp., Fayette Co., OH.^1,2 She was the daughter of John House and Eliza Jane Goodnight. Alice A. House married Frank E. Langdon circa 1881.² Alice A. House lived on 8 June 1900 at Locust Street, Wilmington, Clinton Co., OH.^3,2

     Almina E. House was born circa 1841 at Virginia.¹ She was the daughter of Jacob House and Jane Hudkins.¹

     Amanda House was born circa 1835 at Barbour Co. (probably), VA (now WV).¹ She was the daughter of Isaac House and Elizabeth Britton.¹ Amanda House married Henry Fultz.² Amanda House lived in July 1860 at P.O. Buckhannon, Upshur Co., VA (now WV).²

Charity Ann House lived in July 1860 at Twin Twp., P.O. Bainbridge, Ross Co., OH.² She died on 27 July 1896 at Ross Co., OH, at age 69.

Clara Elma House married Edward Siebern, son of John Siebern and Anna Marie Elizabeth Steinkamp, on 9 October 1879.
