     Amanda Jane Hull was born on 7 February 1836 at Pendleton Co., VA (now WV).¹ She was the daughter of John Patton Hull and Elizabeth Hevener.¹ Amanda Jane Hull married Timothy Smith Tharp, son of Hezekiah D. Tharp and Huldah Cox, on 27 August 1853 at Highland Co., VA. Amanda Jane Hull died on 16 May 1919 at Iowa City, Johnson Co., IA, at age 83.

     Angeline Wilson Hull lived at Kansas. She was born circa 1827. She was the daughter of William Hull and Eliza Larimore.

     Anne Hull married Frank George Emmert, son of Daniel Emmert and Mary Ann Strickler, on 28 February 1898.¹

     Arthur Ira Hull was also known as "Art". He was born on 16 April 1881 at Downs, Osborne Co., KS. He was the son of Franklin Hull and Sarah Ellen Burns. Arthur Ira Hull married Meda Ann Munsinger, daughter of Charles Grandison Munsinger and Zebbie Ann Gates, on 21 March 1906, No children. ARTHUR IRA HULL
Arthur Ira Hull passed away Wednesday, November 10, 1971 at the Masonic Home in Wichita at the age of 90 years, 6 months and 24 days.

He was born, April 16, 1881 near Downs, Kansas. Mr. Hull was the son of Franklin and Ellen Burns Hull.

On March 21, 1906, Arthur and Meda Munsinger were united in marriage, and spent 65 happy years together.

Mr. Hull was a traveling salesman for 31 years and also worked
13 years at the Sanitarium in Norton, Kansas.

He became a member of the Masonic Lodge in Gaylord, Kansas in 1907. This membership was then transferred to the Downs Lodge, where he retained his membership.

Surviving are his widow, Meda, of the home, twelve nieces and nephews, several grandnieces and nephews, also several great-grandnieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three brothers and sisters.
The funeral service was held Friday, November 12, at 2:00 p.m. at the Domoney Funeral Home, Downs. Rev. Lee Wiersma of Wathena, a great-nephew of Mr. Hull, officiated at the service.

Janice Wiersma a great niece, was soloist, accompanied by Mary Remus at the piano.…

Burial was in the Downs Cemetery with graveside services by the Downs Masonic Lodge.

     Donald Hull was born on 28 December 1907. He was the son of W. Rush Hull and Udie E. Larimore.

     Ellen Hull lived at Mt. Vernon, Knox Co., OH. She was born circa 1834. She was the daughter of William Hull and Eliza Larimore.

     Enos Hull was born circa 1874 at Lewis Co., WV.¹ He was the son of William Wellington Hull and Mary Winans.¹

     Ethel E. Hull was born in February 1899 at Henry Co. (probably), IN. She was the daughter of Cyrenius P. Hull and Eldora Lewis.

     Ettie Hull was born on 6 August 1893. She was the daughter of W. Rush Hull and Udie E. Larimore. Ettie Hull died on 15 June 1935 at age 41.

     Evaline Hull was born circa 1836 at Harrison Co. (probaby), IN.¹ She married Christian Beard on 23 December 1858 at Harrison Co., IN. Evaline Hull died before 25 August 1870 at Floyd Co., IN.

     Frankie Hull was born on 22 July 1900. He was the son of W. Rush Hull and Udie E. Larimore. Frankie Hull died on 17 April 1902 at age 1.

     Franklin Hull was born on 25 April 1835 at Celina, Mercer Co., OH. He began military service on 15 August 1862 Civil War service, Union Army, Co. K, 40th Iowa Infantry. He married Sarah Ellen Burns in 1865. Franklin Hull died on 15 March 1920 at Downs, Osborne Co., KS, at age 84

Residence Shellsburg IA; 26 years old when he enlisted on 8/15/1862 as a corporal. On 11/3/1862 he mustered into Co. K, 40th Iowa Infantry. He was discharged for disability on 11/24/1863 at St. Louis, MO.

He was born near a very large reservoir built for the canal system. He served in the Civil War with troops from Iowa under Generals Grant and Sherman. He got ill at the Siege of Vicksburg from drinking contaminated water and was given up for dead at the Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis. His father came and drove him home to Iowa with a wagon load of blankets, quilts and comforters. He went on to celebrate his 50th Wedding Anniversary. He and several other relatives homesteaded in Oakdale, Ross Township, near Downs, Kansas.

He was buried in March 1920 at Oakdale Cemetery, Downs, Osborne Co., KS, Findagrave #17005354.

     Henry Fremont Hull was born on 8 December 1915 at Missouri.¹ He was the son of Henry W. Hull and Juliet van Wyck Fremont.¹ Henry Fremont Hull began military service on 30 January 1943 WW II service, U.S. Army Air Corps, Capt., discharged 16 DEC 1945. He lived in 1988 at San Pedro, Los Angeles Co., CA. He died on 13 May 2001 at age 85. He was buried in 2001 at Los Angeles National Cemetery, Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA, Findagrave #8023644.

     Henry W. Hull was born on 3 October 1890 at Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY. He was the son of Elinor Vaughn. Henry W. Hull married Juliet van Wyck Fremont, daughter of Adm. Hull also appeared in film, televison and other stage productions in a career that spanned 50 years. He died in Cornwall, England.
