Services for Helen G. Winn, of Muscatine, will be 1 p.m. Monday at George M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home, Muscatine. Burial will be in Muscatine Memorial Park. Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Winn died Thursday, Dec. 10, 1998, at Lutheran Homes, Muscatine. She was employed for several years as a dental assistant. Helen King was born April 9, 1910, in Muscatine. She married Leroy Barnard in 1931 in Rock Island. He died in 1945. She married John Wiegand in 1953 in Muscatine. He died in 1965. She married Fred Winn in 1968 in Iowa City. He died in 1983.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include grandsons, Scott Barnard, Muscatine, Mike Barnard, Davenport, and Dr. Dominic Travis, Bethesda, Md; and seven great-grandchildren.

James E. King

James Elmer King, 77, died early yesterday afternoon at his home, 721 Riverview drive. A native of Trenton, Mo., he had lived in St. Joseph most of his life. Mr. King was a retired teamster for the Brown Transfer & Storage Co.

Survivors include his wife, Mr. Myrtle Frances King of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Ollie Jean Williams, St. Joseph, and Mrs. Betty June Arnold, Mount Clemens, Mich; three sons, Clarence E.
