"Mrs. Iva G. Windle of Spearville Dies -- SPEARVILLE -- Mrs. Iva G. Windle of Spearville died this morning at Trinity Hospital in Dodge City after two weeks in the hospital. She had been in ill health since March of this year. She was born July 24, 1904 in Great Bend, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steven Kelley. She and her husband, Clifford Windle, came to Spearville in 1930 from Kansas City. They lived on a farm 2 1/2 miles north of Spearville. Survivors include the widower, of the home; a son, LIVING; a daughter, LIVING; a brother, Ross Kelley of Kansas City, Mo; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred Churchill of Two Buttes, Colo., and Mrs. Mary Beckman of Oklahoma City, Okla; and nine grandchildren. No funeral arrangements have been made. The Hulpieu-Swaim Funeral Home will be in charge."

"Mrs. Iva G. Windle Funeral Wednesday - SPEARVILLE -- The funeral for Mrs. Iva G. (Clifford) Windle, long-time resident of this community, has been set for 2 p.m. tomorrow in the chapel of Hulpieu-Swaim Funeral Home in Dodge City. The Rev. Earl Estill will officiate and burial will be in Greencrest Memorial Gardens of Dodge City."
