She was the daughter of Thomas Larimore and Sarah M. Wilkinson. Larimore died before 1885 This child was not listed with the family on the 1885 Iowa state census of Le Claire Twp., Scott County.

     Larimore was born after 26 June 1900 at Ross Twp., Cherokee Co., KS. He was the son of Timothy M. Larimore and Mary Melissa Lammey. Larimore died on 7 September 1900 at Cherokee Co., KS. He was buried in September 1900 at Fairview Cemetery, Melrose, Cherokee Co., KS, Findagrave #142517476.

Leona Larison died on 20 March 1925 at age 51. She was buried in March 1925 at Sims Cemetery, Des Moines, Polk Co., IA, Findagrave #186131861.

     Edward A. Lark was also known as Edward Dzierlatka birth name. He was born on 20 March 1931 at Detroit, Wayne Co., MI; per Social Security Applications and Claims Index, 1936-2007. In addition to changing his birth surname, public listings indicate that he gave more recent birth dates later in his life. Son of William and Anna (Bemben) Dzierlatka. He married Susan Faxon Hall, daughter of Charles Haywood Hall and Janice L. James, in 1983; there may or may not have been a legal marriage. She used "Hall-Lark" for the balance of her life. Edward A. Lark died on 7 April 2007 at age 76

Edward (Dzierlatka) Lark, 72, of Saugatuck, died Saturday evening at the Harbors Health Facility in Douglas, MI.

Ed was born March 20th, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan. He was the only son of William and Anna Dzierlatka.

Ed graduated from St. Clair Shores High School, served in the U.S. Army, and returned to Lansing to complete a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.

During college, Ed worked at Coral Gables in East Lansing and first came to Saugatuck to work weekends at Coral Gables in Saugatuck. Ed moved to Saugatuck full time in the late 1950's and was a long time fan of the Oval Beach, Salmon fishing on the big lake, and boating. He worked as a manufactures rep for various companies selling die cast-related products to the automotive industry. His community involvement included Lion's Club, Saugatuck Village Council, Member of the Singapore Yacht Club, and the Saugatuck Fire Department.

Ed is survived by his wife Sue Lark (Hall) of Saugatuck and three children; Julianne and partner Janet of Kalamazoo, Christopher of Douglas, and Ryan and his wife Kristen of Fennville.

His family will remember Ed's courage and perseverance in the 17 years of disability that he experienced after suffering a stroke in 1990.

Ed openly credited the community of Alcoholics Anonymous as being a lifesaving force in his life. He would want all of us to remember to take it "One day at a time."

Family and friends are invited to gather in the parish hall of All Saint's Episcopal Church in Saugatuck on Saturday, April 14th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. A reflection will be provided by the Reverend Edith Winter with light refreshments to follow.

A longtime resident of Stinnett, Larkey died a week ago today after a lingering illness. He was born in Decator, Iowa in 1874 and moved to Stinnett in 1930.

Survivors include a son, Jim of Levelland; two daughters, Mrs. Truman Miller of Marian, La., and Mrs. C.E. Bates, of Stinnett; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Fiskin of California, and Mrs. Carl Otto of Ensign, Kan., and two brothers, Pearl Larkey of Follett, and Ed Larkey of Battle Mt., Nev., and 10 grandchildren.

     Rev. Jesse Laros was born on 12 November 1823.¹ He was the son of Jacob Laros and Elizabeth Koch.¹ Rev. Jesse Laros married Mary Weidner, daughter of William Weidner and Elizabeth Harlacher.¹ Rev. Jesse Laros died on 9 August 1902 at Quakertown, Bucks Co., PA, at age 78 Minister, served Evangelical Church for 17 or 18 years.¹

     Sarah Laros was born on 18 January 1853.¹ She was the daughter of Rev. Jesse Laros and Mary Weidner.¹ Sarah Laros married Albert S. Gross, son of Joseph Gross and Barbara Diehl, on 30 October 1879.¹

     Catherine LaRose was born in 1790 at Guilford, NC. She married Frederick Bonebrake. Catherine LaRose died before November 1827 at Preble Co., OH.

     Helen Priscilla Larrabee was born on 8 July 1901 at Norwich, New London Co., CT; daughter of Joseph Holland and Eva Maud (Smith) Larrabee. She married Thomas Lee Smith, son of Col. Thomas Lee Smith and Lyne Starling Pepper, on 19 July 1935 at Chicago, Cook Co., IL. Helen Priscilla Larrabee died on 13 October 1981 at Barnstable Co., MA, at age 80.      Arvid Damonous Larsen married Myrtle Blanch Hershey, daughter of Isaac Long Hershey and Clara Delvina Metsker.

     Mary Agnes Larsen was born on 7 June 1882 at Iowa.¹ She was the daughter of Christian Larsen and Maren E. Jorgensen. Mary Agnes Larsen married Cecil Lester Taylor, son of Charles Delano Taylor and Elizabeth Morgan Munsinger, on 19 February 1899 at Greene Co., IA, One child born, none living as of 1900 census.      Arthur John Larson was born on 11 August 1896. He was the son of Perry Larson and Christine Erickson. Arthur John Larson married Salome Maria Jones, daughter of Elder Jesse Edwin Jones and Etta Maria Strickler, on 16 June 1920.

     Carl Johan Larson was born in 1870. He married Sarah L. Cronk, daughter of Marcus Bradford Cronk and Adella Hatch, on 28 November 1910 at Onondaga Co., NY. Carl Johan Larson died in 1935. He was buried in 1935 at Lakeview Cemetery, Penn Yan, Yates Co., NY, Findagrave #120456276.

Julietta Ione Askland, age 99, of Boone and a resident of the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2009 at the Boone County Hospital in Boone

Julietta was born on April 29, 1909 in Badger, Iowa, the daughter of John J. and Annie (Peterson) Larson. She attended country school near Badger.

On April 9, 1938, Julietta married Charles H. Askland in Fort Dodge, Iowa. They had four children. She was a resident of Boone for the last 55 years.

Julietta was a member of the Augustana Lutheran Church in Boone. She enjoyed doing embroidery and reading. She loved spending quality time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles, her son, Glen, her grandson, Paul Alan, her seven sisters and two brothers.

Julietta is survived by her son, Dennis Askland (Jacqueline) of Ames, her son, Kevin Askland (Brenda) of Ames, her daughter, Ruth Bowes (Fred) of Boone, her seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at the Augustana Lutheran Church in Boone. Rev. Daniel W. Solomon will officiate.

Burial will be in the Linwood Park Cemetery of Boone.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20, at the Walter ~ Schroeder Funeral Home at Fifth & Story Streets in Boone from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Family will be present at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Visitation will continue on Wednesday at the church from 9:00 a.m. to the time of service.

     Velma Lascher was born on 6 January 1901 at Erie Co., PA.¹ She married Elmer L. Van Osdale, A Cuyahoga County marriage license record shows Velma "Lacher", age 17, was given consent by her father Wendell Lacher to marry L. J. Carl Wriiker on 29 MAR 1917, and that the marriage was performed by R.R. Hawkins, J.P. on 29 MAR 1917. L. J. listed a Charles Wikert as his next of kin on his JUN 1918 WW I draft registration, and was living with his sister and brother in-law George Farrar in January, 1920 when the census was taken, marital status "S". Velma was living with her mother and brother Harold in January, 1920, using her maiden name and listed with marital status "S". The 1917 marriage apparently ended very quickly. DLB 2020.

Velma Lascher died on 8 April 1991 at Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, at age 90.

     Addie M. Lashawa was born on 27 April 1861 at Missouri.¹ She married Rev. Clinton John Wesley Triem, son of Peter Andrew Triem and Mary Ann McBride, on 19 September 1882 at Buchanan Co., IA, Three children born, none living as of 1900 census. Addie M. Lashawa died on 13 April 1916 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, at age 54. She was buried in April 1916 at Ashland Cemetery, St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, Find A Grave Memorial# 113604182.

     Cindy Sue Lashley was born on 24 October 1958 at Cambridge, Guernsey Co., OH. She was the daughter of George Wilford Lashley and Sharon M. Butler. Services were Monday, April 6, 2009, at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Senecaville, for Cindy S. (Lashley) Gerrity, 50, of Buffalo, who passed away Thursday (April 2, 2009) at her home among the loving care of her family and friends, following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born Oct, 24, 1958, in Cambridge, daughter of Sharon (Butler) Lashley of Buffalo and the late George Lashley.

Mrs. Gerrity spent her life taking care of others and also as a registered nurse at the former Cambridge State Hospital for 11 years. She enjoyed family gatherings, going to Wheeling, shopping and gardening.

Cindy has survived the loss of her first husband, Kenny Hall; her sister, Mindy Lashley, her father, George Lashley; and her father-in-law Jake Warehime.

She leaves behind her husband, Jim Gerrity, whom she married May 27, 2006; her mother, Sharon Lashley; two daughters, Dawn (Steve) Linch of Cambridge and Hope (Eric) Snead of Dayton; two sons, Jason (Carrie) Hall of Senecaville and Andy (Ashley) Hall of Ava; a brother, Phillip Lashley of Pleasant City; two sisters, Maria (Larry) Wilson and Shi Lonca, both of Byesville; eight grandchildren, whom she loved to "spoil and send home," Brendan, Faith, Elijah, McKenzie, Clayton, Bradison, Jessup and Drew; and a special group of girlfriends.
