     Donald Joseph Marshall was born on 14 January 1923 at Chuckey, Greene Co., TN.¹ He was the son of Paul Marshall and Electa Pemberton Snapp.¹ Donald Joseph Marshall began military service on 4 January 1943 at Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, WW II service, enlisted, U.S. Army. He married Marie Chestnut. Donald Joseph Marshall died on 29 August 2007 at Alexandria, VA, at age 84 Obituary (findagrave.com):

Survivors include his wife, Hazel Marshall; brother and sister-in-law, Jack & An Marshall of Arizona; sisters and a brother-in-law, Florence Smith of Tennessee and Ruth & Harry Taylor of Tennessee; stepdaughter, Carolyn Brown; stepson and his wife, Covert & Janet Williamson of Virginia; other step childdren, Laura Overcash, Sara Parnell, Jennifer Miklovic, & Kenny Brown; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marie Chestnut Marshall.
Funeral services were conducted at the Cameron United Methodist Church in Alexandria, VA, Friday, August 31, 2007.

He was buried at East Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Kingsport, Sullivan Co., TN, Find A Grave Memorial# 31710813.

Elias Marshall lived on 11 August 1870 at Morning Sun Twp., Louisa Co., IA, Blacksmith.¹ He died on 20 July 1879 at Crab Orchard, Johnson Co., NE, at age 60.
