Juanita P. Bromagen of Richmond, died Monday, December 24, 2012, at her home. Born May 28, 1922, in Lockland, Ohio, to Frank and Pearl Delk Mercer, she had lived in this community since 1941. Juanita was a housekeeper and an attendant at Lauramoore Home. Survivors include her three sons, William R. (Janie) Webb of Centerville, Timothy A. (Dicy) Webb of Richmond, and Mark E. (Bridget) Webb of Ohio; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four sisters; two brothers; nieces; nephews; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Bromagen; first husband, Richard Webb; and parents. Visitation for Juanita P. Bromagen will be from 4 to 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Kendal Harris officiating. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
