She was born May 22, 1924, in Allen County to James T. and Cecil M. Mowery Miller, who preceded her in death. On April 15, 1944, she married Lloyd D. Grimm, who survives in Elida.

Mrs. Grimm was a homemaker. She was a member of Westside United Methodist Church, Lima, and a former member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Ottawa. She had also been a member of High Street United Methodist Church, until it merged with Sharon Park United Methodist Church, which then became Westside United Methodist Church. She was a 1942 graduate of Shawnee High School. She and her husband often helped at Steve Grimm's Beauty Salon. She loved her children and grandchildren.

Survivors also include three sons, Dale (Pat) Grimm, David (Nancy) Grimm and Steve (Lynette) Grimm, all of Elida; a brother, Ronald (Jean) Miller, of Lima; seven grandchildren, Darin Grimm, Megan (Shane) Harmon, Julie (Darren) Long, Amey Grimm, Matt Grimm, Joel Grimm and Seth Grimm; and four great-grandchildren, Ethan, Dylan, Taylor and Mya.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Baughman and Mary Stewart; and a brother, Donald J. Miller.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Westside United Methodist Church. The Rev. William Cronk will officiate. Burial will be in Allentown Cemetery.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Friday at the church.
