     Endora Millard was the daughter of Charles Millard and Bertha Latshaw.¹ Endora Millard married Samuel Raymond Wiand, son of Edward H. Wiand and Mira F. Harley, on 9 March 1918.¹

     Erma Estelle Millard was born on 30 March 1913 at Mendota, Washington Co., VA. She was the daughter of Holly Millard and Naomi Litton. Erma Estelle Millard married Edward Guerrant DeVault, son of Edward Guerrant DeVault and Martha Isabelle Fain, in June 1939 at Bristol (Independent City), VA. ELIZABETHTON - Mrs. Erma E. Millard DeVault, 81, Leesburg community, Jonesborough, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 1994, at Pine Ridge Health Care Center.
Mrs. DeVault was a Mendota, VA., native. She had lived in Washington County since 1945, most recently at Bethel Housing, Jonesborough. Mrs. DeVault was a daughter of the late Holly P. and Naomi Wise Litton Millard.
She was formerly employed by Jones Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital, Johnson City, having worked as a nursing assistant.
Mrs. DeVault attended Leesburg Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Guerrant DeVault Jr.
Survivors include two sons, Edward DeVault, Jonesborough, and Russell DeVault, Austell, Ga; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Moody, Tampa, Fla; five grandchildren, Carrie Leigh DeVault, Frederick R. DeVault III, Sarah Estelle DeVault, Mary Eveline Sill DeVault and Katherine Stewart DeVault; and several nieces and nephews.

     Frances Millard was born on 22 June 1741 at Berks Co., PA. She married Hugh Boone, son of Joseph Boone and Catherine Brown. Frances Millard died on 4 February 1833 at Berks Co., PA, at age 91.

     Francis Rhodes Millard was born on 11 August 1903 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA. He was the son of Augustus William Harvey Millard and Olive Augusta Samson. Francis Rhodes Millard married Fern H. Wyant on 2 September 1946 at Lodi, San Joaquin Co., CA. Francis Rhodes Millard died on 10 June 1990 at St. Helena, Napa Co., CA, at age 86.

Myrtle Ruth Millard married Albert Werner on 25 December 1927 at Arbuckle, Colusa Co., CA. Myrtle Ruth Millard died on 13 January 1997 at Vancouver, Clark Co., WA, at age 93.

     Olive Inez Millard was born on 19 October 1905 at Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA. She was the daughter of Augustus William Harvey Millard and Olive Augusta Samson. Olive Inez Millard married George Roscoe Pratt, son of Roscoe Pratt and Olivia Ines Edgar, on 17 July 1928 at Arbuckle, Colusa Co., CA. Olive Inez Millard died on 26 October 1943 at Colusa, Colusa Co., CA, at age 38.

     Orin Samson Millard was born on 1 August 1901. He was the son of Augustus William Harvey Millard and Olive Augusta Samson.

     Orrin Melancthon Millard was born on 15 May 1847 at Athens Co., OH. He was the son of Augustus William Harvey Millard and Achsah Snow Barstow. Orrin Melancthon Millard married Sarah Frances Rhodes, daughter of Jeremiah Rhodes and Susan Jane Hamilton, on 3 June 1875.
