Virgil Barnes Mundell married Nita Marie Farley, daughter of John William Farley and Eula D. Womeldorff. Virgil Barnes Mundell died on 11 March 1954 at Fairbury, Livingston Co., IL, at age 60.      William Lafayette Mundell was born on 23 January 1861. He married Isabella Barnes. William Lafayette Mundell died on 22 May 1924 at age 63. He was buried in May 1924 at Graceland Cemetery, Fairbury, Livingston Co., IL, Findagrave #100509114.

     Asenath Munden was born circa 1820 at Indiana. On the 1830 census, there were three "Munden" heads of household llisted in Indiana; Levi in Morgan County, Joseph in Henry County, William in Wayne County, also Henry "Mundan" in Washington County and a Levi "Mandin" in Washington County. Joseph, Henry, and William can be excluded as there were no girls in a plausible age range in those households. Levi Munden in Morgan County had a young girl in the 5 - 9 age range, and Levi "Mandin" in Washington County had a girl in the 10 - 14 age range. Neither of these Levis appear in the 1840 censuses of Indiana or Illinois. Two "Mundon" men who, according to other public genealogies were Jesse (1779) and his son Frederick (1820) Munden were in Knox County, Illinois as of the 1840 census.

The name "Asenath" in several spelling variations appears in multiple generations of the Munden clan of Pasquotank County, North Carolina, various of which migrated to Indiana and Illinois in the early 19th century, which is documented in part in the Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy, Vol. I-VI, 1607-1943 as well as Quaker Meeting Records, 1681-1935, both online at ancestry.com. The Asenath Munden who married John Larimore in Tazewell County was probably the daughter of Jesse Munden (1779-1850) who lived in nearby Knox County, Illinois as of the 1840 census. She was born 1 FEB 1818 according to the Quaker records, but they apparently have no further information about her. DLB 2018.^1,2

She married John Larimore, son of William Larimore Sr. and Nancy McMann, on 28 April 1837 at Tazewell Co., IL, Ceremony by J.H. Morrison, Esq., JP. Asenath Munden married William D. Trial on 17 January 1865 at Tazewell Co., IL. Asenath Munden died in 1890 at Pekin, Tazewell Co., IL.

     Theresa Munding was born circa 1861 at Kansas.¹ She married Francis D. Balfay on 5 February 1884 at Neosho Co., KS, Neosho County Marriages Vol. D., p.168.¹

     Anna L. Mundy was born on 17 October 1896 at Crawford Co., MO.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Milburn Mundy and Eliena Louisa Davault.¹

     Emmett J. Mundy was born on 22 February 1892 at Crawford Co., MO, Emmett was erroneously listed as a daughter "Emma" on the 1900 census.¹ He was the son of Joseph Milburn Mundy and Eliena Louisa Davault. Emmett J. Mundy married Helen L. Engelbach circa 1920.² Emmett J. Mundy died on 23 July 1968 at Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 76.

     Grayce Edith Mundy was born on 14 September 1921 at Los Angeles Co., CA.¹ She was the daughter of Emmett J. Mundy and Helen L. Engelbach.¹ Grayce Edith Mundy died on 1 June 1944 at Los Angeles Co., CA, at age 22. Cause of death: Automobile accident. Grayce and Ella Virginia Cather, niece of novelilst Willa Cather, were in a car that was hit, apparently head-on, by a car driven by Pvt. William C. Sanders, age 27, stationed at Camp Anita. Pvt. Sanders was indicted on June 5 for negligent homicide, as the skid marks indicated he was driving on the wrong side of the road, and his blood test indicated he was intoxicated.

     Ida Mamie Mundy was born on 10 March 1894 at Cuba, Crawford Co., MO.^1,2 She was the daughter of Joseph Milburn Mundy and Eliena Louisa Davault. Ida Mamie Mundy married Arvil Lee Branson, son of Thomas Jefferson Branson and Mary Melvina Spurgeon. Ida Mamie Mundy lived on 13 January 1920 at Oak Hill Twp., Crawford Co., MO, farming.² She lived on 12 April 1930 at Knobview Twp., Crawford Co., MO, farming.³ She lived on 18 April 1940 at Knobview Twp., Crawford Co., MO, farming.⁴ She died on 28 January 1956 at Cuba, Crawford Co., MO, at age 61. She was buried in 1956 at Licklider Cemetery, Jake Prairie, Crawford Co., MO, Findagrave #52758007.

     Joseph Milburn Mundy was born on 2 July 1865 at Claiborne Co. (probably), TN.^1,2 He was the son of William Preston Mundy and Mary Ann Ailes.¹ Joseph Milburn Mundy lived on 5 July 1880 at Knobview Twp., Crawford Co., MO, farming.¹ He married Eliena Louisa Davault, daughter of Jacob Davault and Sarah A. Moore, on 18 May 1891 at Crawford Co., MO, Joseph's obituary shows 17 MAY. Joseph Milburn Mundy lived on 18 June 1900 at Steelville, Crawford Co., MO, farming.² He died on 17 November 1925 at Farmington, St. Francois Co., MO, at age 60. He was buried in November 1925 at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba, Crawford Co., MO, Findagrave #96835755.

     Pearl D. Mundy was born on 26 May 1905 at Crawford Co., MO, 1906 on the California death index, the mausoleum inscription, and the Findagrave.com memorial. However, she was listed as age 5 on the 1910 census (she was really 4 11/12) and 14 on the January, 1920 census of Crawford County, Missouri.^1,2

She was the daughter of Joseph Milburn Mundy and Eliena Louisa Davault.¹ Pearl D. Mundy married James Duvall Hall before April 1940, Pearl and James Hall were listed at 408 Delta Street in the 1937 San Gabriel city directory.³ Pearl D. Mundy lived on 3 April 1940 at 408 Delta Street, San Gabriel, Los Angeles Co., CA, retail notions sales lady.³ She died on 29 January 1956 at San Diego Co., CA, at age 50. She was buried in 1956 at Cypress View Mausoleum and Cemetery, San Diego, San Diego Co., CA, Findagrave #113650365.

     William Preston Mundy was born circa 1829 at Tennessee.¹ He married Mary Ann Ailes on 20 February 1854 at Claiborne Co., TN, license date. William Preston Mundy lived on 5 July 1880 at Knobview Twp., Crawford Co., MO, farming.¹ He died on 26 August 1916 at Crawford Co., MO.

     Minnie Elizabeth Munger was born on 30 December 1898 at Des Moines Co. (probably), IA.¹ She married Andreas Wallukait in 1923. Minnie Elizabeth Munger died on 26 December 1979 at Humboldt Co., IA, at age 80. She was buried at Union Cemetery, Humboldt, Humboldt Co., IA, Findagrave #44453444.

     Sarah Isabelle Munger was born in October 1853 at Franklin Twp., Lenawee Co., MI.¹ She married Charles A. Matthews on 30 November 1872 at Franklin Twp., Lenawee Co., MI. Sarah Isabelle Munger died on 5 April 1933 at Ypsilanti, Washtenaw Co., MI, at age 79.

     Amelia Munk was also known as "Emily". She was born on 19 June 1870 at Wasa, Finland, per death certificate. She married Carl Edward Sanman.      Albert Ellsworth Munsinger was born on 20 September 1907 at Loretto, Boone Co., NE, WW II draft registration. He was the son of Royal David Munsinger and Cora Melvina Holton.      Note: Graduated Tabor High School, graduated Tabor College in 1885. Taught school 2 years, operated a clothing and furniture store in Tabor for 5 years, then turned to farming. Joined Tabor Congregational Church 6 Jan 1877.

Albert Joseph Munsinger was born on 4 May 1861 at near Tabor, Mills Co., IA. He was the son of Joseph Munsinger and Martha E. Stang. Albert Joseph Munsinger married Cora L. Shell, daughter of Conrad Shell and Amanda (?), on 24 March 1895 at Tabor, Mills Co., IA. Albert Joseph Munsinger lived on 25 April 1930 at Rawls Twp., Mills Co., IA, Only daughter Irene remained living at home in the 1930 census.¹ He died on 8 September 1930 at Tabor, Mills Co., IA, at age 69.

     Alberta N. Munsinger was born in 1903. She was the daughter of Albert Joseph Munsinger and Cora L. Shell. Alberta N. Munsinger married Frederick L. Shaw, son of William Shaw and Louisa (?), circa 1925 at Mills Co. (probably), IA.¹ Alberta N. Munsinger lived in May 1930 at White Cloud Twp., Mills Co., IA.¹

     Note: Changed her legal name to Marie Munsinger Kimball. Alice Marie Munsinger was born on 3 September 1927 at Midwest, Natrona Co., WY. She was the daughter of Edwin Guy Munsinger and Gladys Irene Kothe.

     Alma D. Munsinger was born on 2 December 1892 at Smith or Elk Co., KS.¹ She was the daughter of Joseph Korah Munsinger and Edith Eleanor Steward. Alma D. Munsinger married Luke Allen Crutcher, son of Luke F. Crutcher and Mary S. Crenshaw, circa 1911. Alma D. Munsinger lived in June 1932 at Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., CA, per father's obituary. She died on 4 April 1947 at Alameda, Alameda Co., CA, at age 54 per California Death Index.

     Amelia Munsinger was also known as "Mila". She was born circa 1854 at Ontario, Canada.¹ She was the daughter of Heinrich Munzinger and Katharina Eich.¹ Amelia Munsinger married Heinrich Kammermeyer in 1870 at St. Cloud, Stearns Co., MN. Amelia Munsinger died on 20 February 1872 at St. Cloud, Stearns Co., MN. She was buried in February 1872 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, St. Cloud, Stearns Co., MN.

     Anna Munsinger was born on 18 June 1867 at Russia Twp., Lorain Co., OH. She was the daughter of David Munsinger and Mary Ann Parmer. Anna Munsinger died on 3 April 1937 at age 69. She was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion, Boone Co., NE.

     Arlene Munsinger was born on 27 October 1921 at Nebraska. She was the daughter of Lesley Delause Munsinger and Mary E. Hawk. Arlene Munsinger married William Porter Shaddy on 25 September 1943 at Church of God, Omaha, Douglas Co., NE.

In the other suit, Mrs. Arlene Shaddy, 27, of 3321 Franklin Street, asks damages from two drivers -- John H. Kirk, 43, of 3520 North Fortieth Street, and William P. Buckley, 3303 North Twenty-first Street.
On Christmas Eve Mrs. Shaddy was struck by the Kirk car, then run over by the Buckley car, she contends in the suit.
