Mrs. Mary Ellen Payne Boling, age 82, and wife of the late C.A. Boling died at her home in southwest Bentonville at midnight Saturday night. She was born September 10, 1858, at Salem, IN, and was married to the late C. A. Boling in Indiana. She moved to Bentonville 44 years ago. She was a member of the Nazarene Church. She is survived by her sons, Ellis N. Boling, Ketchum, OK, Lon B. Boling, Tenino, WA, Paul Boling, Neodesha, KA, Dale Boling, R.D. Boling and S.P. Boling, all of Bentonville, and three daughters, Dora McClintic, Miami, OK, Florence Boling and Belle Boling both of Bentonville. There are 26 grchildren, 18 gr-grandchildren, and 2 gr-gr-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the Nazarene Church, Pastor J.F. Hamm officiating. Burial will follow in the Bentonville cemetery with the services of the Burns Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Ben Boling, Tulsa OK, Harold McClintic, Commerce, OK, Raymond McClintic, Kansas City MO, Cleo Boling, Max Boling and Truman Boling, all of Bentonville.

She was buried in December 1940 at Bentonville Cemetery, Bentonville, Benton Co., AR.

     Morris A. Payne, 79, of Salem died Monday, December 2, 1991 at 6:30 a.m. at his home.
     Mr. Payne was a prominent member of the community and life-long resident of Washington County. He was a former member of the Salem City Council, past president of the Washington County Fair Board, and former member of the Salem Planning and Zoning Commission. He was the former president of the old Morris Payne Farm Implement Company of Salem.
     He was a member of the K of P Lodge, the Salem Lions Club, Salem Exchange Club, and the Fraternal Order of Police. He was also a member of the Olive Branch Primitive Baptist Church.
     He was born March 20, 1912, in Pekin to William L. Payne and Zella Motsinger Payne. He married Lucille Leonard Payne May 16, 1934, who preceded him in death Saturday, November 30, 1991.
     Mr. Payne is survived by one son, Bernard G. Payne of Salem; two daughters, Helen June Schwein of Pittsboro, Indiana, and Sandra F. Day of Salem; two sisters, Elsie Walker of Greenwood, Indiana, and Geneva Cornwell of Salem; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren.
     Visitation is from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday.

He was buried in December 1991 at Olive Branch Cemetery, Polk Twp., Washington Co., IN.

Graveside Rites For Mrs. Graham
     Mrs. Ora Graham, 97, widow of Sylvester Graham, and native of Washington County, died last Friday, July 13, in Logansport. Funeral services were conducted there and the body was returned here Monday for burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Graveside services were held here, conducted by Hollis Funeral Home.
     Mrs. Graham, daughter of Henry Payne, was a sister of Mrs. Adam White and Mrs. Andrew Peugh. Three children, Lloyd, Henry and Grace preceded her in death. Two grandchildren, Howard Graham and Maxine Bennett, Logansport, survive.


She was buried in July 1962 at Crown Hill Cemetery, Salem, Washington Co., IN.
