Another pioneer resident of the Panama vicinity passed to her reward last Friday when Mrs. T. R. Faulhaber was called to rest. She had resided in southeast Lancaster county for nearly half a century and was well known throught this community. Mary Etta Barr was born in Massieville, O., on April 5, 1866, and passed away at Adams, Neb., on October 29, 1937, aged 71 years, 6 months and 24 days. At the age of 16, she came with her parents to Nebraska, settling on a farm east of Lincoln.      Mary Martin Barr was born in August 1876 at Franklin Co., PA, 1900 census shows "AUG 1872", however that is very inconsistent with the 1880 census, in which she was listed as age 4. 1910 when she was listed as 33, 1920 when she was listed as 43, etc. Assuming August was her birth month, the year must have been 1876.
