     Note: Did not marry.¹ Dr. Phoebe Russell Norris was born on 4 February 1860.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas T. Norris and Catharine Louise Price.¹

     Ransom Norris was born on 14 February 1857 at Ohio.¹ He married Celinda Alice Swank on 11 December 1881 at Darke Co., OH. Ransom Norris died on 22 March 1929 at Monroe Twp., Darke Co., OH, at age 72.

     Thomas T. Norris was Church of the Brethren.¹ He was born on 12 October 1827.¹ He was the son of Joel Norris and Rachel Plummer.¹ Thomas T. Norris married Catharine Louise Price, daughter of Rev. Isaac Price and Hannah Umstead, on 18 March 1857, Ceremony by Rev. John R. Price.¹ Thomas T. Norris died on 1 June 1904 at age 76.¹

     Vitae Verlanda Norris was born on 5 July 1889 at Coshocton, Coshocton Co., OH. She married Ray Royal Riggle on 15 October 1913 at Coshocton Co., OH. Vitae Verlanda Norris died on 8 February 1967 at age 77. She was buried in February 1967 at Greenwood Cemetery, Zanesville, Muskingum Co., OH, Findagrave #7152156.

     William Norris married Mary Jane Windle, daughter of Peter Windle and Elizabeth Smith, on 22 April 1855 at Whitley Co., IN.

     Adolphus North was born in 1834 at Pennsylvania. He married Laura Swyer, daughter of David Swyer and Louisa J. McBride, on 17 November 1880 at St. Clair Co., IL, no children.      Alice G. North was born on 17 April 1825 at Maryland. She married Robert Callison, son of Arthur Callison and Mary Margaret Leffel, on 7 November 1850 at Clark Co., OH. Alice G. North died on 17 September 1901 at Pike Twp., Clark Co., OH, at age 76.

     Charles Sherman North was born in February 1899 at Kentucky.¹ He married Jeanette Brown Morand, daughter of William H. Morand and Mary Bertha Batche, before April 1930.¹ Charles Sherman North died on 7 January 1960 at Kenton, Boone Co., KY, at age 60.

     Iva Jane North was born circa 1840 at Ohio. She married Samuel S. Callison, son of Arthur Callison and Mary Margaret Leffel, on 9 October 1856 at Clark Co., OH. Iva Jane North died circa 24 April 1892 at Donnelsville, Clark Co., OH.

     John Edwin North was born on 30 July 1868 at Lebanon, St. Clair Co., IL. He was the son of Adolphus North. John Edwin North married Olive Elizabeth Wilderman, daughter of John Calvin Wilderman and Margaret Olive McBride, on 28 November 1895 at St. Clair Co., IL. John Edwin North died on 31 December 1941 at Lebanon, St. Clair Co., IL, at age 73. He was buried in January 1942 at College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, St. Clair Co., IL, Findagrave #11810227.

     Robert Vincent North was born on 14 September 1915. He married Wilma Jean Middleton, daughter of Leo Middleton and Carmen Ercel Hill, on 27 June 1948 at Holdenville, Hughes Co., OK. Robert Vincent North died on 30 December 1989 at Holdenville, Hughes Co., OK, at age 74.

     Martha Northington was born on 27 October 1840 at Washington Co., TN.¹ She was the daughter of Peter W. Northington and Rebecca Cloyd.¹ Martha Northington married James Miller DeWald, son of Daniel DeWald and Mary M. Miller, on 14 September 1864 at Washington Co., TN. Martha Northington died on 1 July 1878 at Bristol, Sullivan Co., TN, at age 37. She was buried in July 1878 at Bristol City Cemetery, Bristol, VA.

     Nancy E. Northington was also known as "Nannie". She was born on 30 June 1847 at Tennessee.^1,2 She was the daughter of Peter W. Northington and Rebecca Cloyd.¹ Nancy E. Northington married James Miller DeWald, son of Daniel DeWald and Mary M. Miller, after 7 June 1880.^3,2

     Peter W. Northington was born in November 1818 at Virginia.^1,2 He married Rebecca Cloyd on 24 October 1839 at Washington Co., TN. Peter W. Northington died after 21 June 1900.

     Albert Northrup was the son of John Wesley Northrup and Amelia Knight.

     Daisy D. Northrup was born on 22 November 1887 at Iowa 1910 census shows "24" and married for 6 years.¹ She was the daughter of George W. Northrup and Mary Elizabeth Klein. Daisy D. Northrup married Fred L. Munsinger, son of David Munsinger and Mary Ann Parmer; Three children born to the marriage, two living as of April 1910.¹ Daisy D. Northrup married Sherman Daniel Worden in 1914 at Wheeler Co., NE; Sherman listed Daisy as his nearest relative on his WW I draft registration, but it appeas she was already institutionalized at Norfolk, NE. Daisy D. Northrup lived in January 1920 at Hospital for Insane, Norfolk, Madison Co., NE, census sheet 16B. She died on 10 August 1928 at Petersburg, Boone Co., NE, at age 40.

     Danny Dean Northrup was born on 28 March 1949 at Oregon. He was the son of Earl Daniel Northrup and Jessie Alberta Munsinger. Danny Dean Northrup died on 4 February 2008 at age 58. He was buried in February 2008 at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Boise, Ada Co., ID, Findagrave #72811631.

     Donavin Daniel Northrup was born on 30 April 1942 at Petersburg, Boone Co., NE. He was the son of Earl Daniel Northrup and Jessie Alberta Munsinger. Donavin Daniel Northrup died on 18 May 1998 at Multnomah Co., OR, at age 56.

     Earl Daniel Northrup was born on 1 March 1914 at Petersburg, Boone Co., NE. He was the son of Frank Edgar Northrup and Anna Margerate Worden. Earl Daniel Northrup married Jessie Alberta Munsinger, daughter of Royal David Munsinger and Cora Melvina Holton, on 12 March 1941 at Neligh, Antelope Co., NE. Earl Daniel Northrup died on 7 June 1987 at Dodge County Memorial Hospital, Fremont, Dodge Co., NE, at age 73

Earl D. Northrup

FREMONT -- Earl D. Northrup, 73, of Fremont, died Sunday at Dodge County Memorial Hospital, Fremont.

Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday at Moser Memorial Chapel, Fremont, with Elder Frank Spencer of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating. Burial is in Ridge Cemetery.

Mr. Northrup was born March 1, 1914, at Petersburg. He was reared in Petersburg and served in the U.S. Army from 1933 to 1936. He married Jessie Munsinder (sic) Salter March 12, 1941, at Neligh.

Mr. Northrup moved to Oregon where he resided for 20 years. He later settled in Columbus where he worked for the City Street Department for the City of Columbus. Mr. Northrup moved to Fremont in 1977.

Surviving are his wife, Jessie; four sons, Donavin of Fremont, Frank of Valley, Terry of Salem, Ore., and Danny of Payette, Idaho; 21 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was buried in June 1987 at Ridge Cemetery, Fremont, Dodge Co., NE, Findagrave #91744981.

     Electa Northrup was born on 11 September 1827 at Livonia, Ontario Co., NY. She was the daughter of John Wesley Northrup and Amelia Knight. Electa Northrup married Charles Munsinger, son of Christian Adam Munzinger and Maria Eva Krick, on 23 October 1849 at Lorain Co., OH. Electa Northrup died on 18 December 1917 at Tabor, Mills Co., IA, at age 90. She was buried in December 1917 at Tabor Cemetery, Tabor, Mills Co., IA.
Note: After her father's death in 1905, daughter Evangeline initiated a legal proceeding in 1906 to have a guardian appointed to supervise the estate of Charles Munsinger.

Electa initiated a lawsuit against her daughter in 1911 to establish her ownership and control of the estate.

     Esther Northrup was the daughter of John Wesley Northrup and Amelia Knight.

     Eunice Northrup was the daughter of John Wesley Northrup and Amelia Knight.

     Florence Ida Northrup was born on 31 May 1847 at Tyringham, Berkshire Co., MA. She married Nathan Canon on 26 October 1869 at Berkshire Co., MA.

     Frank Edgar Northrup was born on 10 April 1886 at Nebraska or Iowa per 1910 census.¹ He was the son of George W. Northrup and Mary Elizabeth Klein.¹ Frank Edgar Northrup married Anna Margerate Worden on 10 April 1907 at Petersburg, Boone Co., NE. Frank Edgar Northrup lived on 12 May 1910 at Oakland Precinct, Boone Co., NE.² He died after April 1910.
Note: Frank E. Northrup is not found in public records or censuses after the 1910 census. Anna's marital status as of the 1920 census appears to have been corrected from "Wd" to "S", although it could have been in the reverse order. Anna later remarried to Gordon J. Caparoon. The Frank Martin Northrup, born 10 APR 1886, whose WW I draft registration shows his residence at Belfry, Montana, may have been the same individual; however no further record of that Frank Northrup is found either.

     Franklin David Northrup was born on 22 March 1944 at Boone Co., NE. He was the son of Earl Daniel Northrup and Jessie Alberta Munsinger. Franklin David Northrup lived in 1987 at Valley, Douglas Co., NE.

     George W. Northrup was born in March 1861 at Jasper Co. (probably), IA.¹ He married Mary Elizabeth Klein on 7 March 1883 at Jasper Co., IA. George W. Northrup and Mary Elizabeth Klein were divorced before June 1900; ; not sure whether there was a legal divorce. George and Mary were living in separate locations as of the 1900 census. George W. Northrup lived in June 1900 at Bassett, Rock Co., NE, building contractor, living separately from his family, with one lodger in his dwelling.² He died after June 1900 no record found after the 1900 census.
