(ED 1-397) was Bertha Peugh. Cannot locate any further evidence at this date. They had a daughter Martha E. Galloway, born about 1919, who died in 2011 in California -- that death cert should show the mother's maiden name. DLB 2013.

Fred Pfeffer

Fred L. (Bud) Pfeffer, 71, died Friday in Falmouth, Ky.

Mr. Pfeffer was born in St. Joseph and lived here until 1966 when he moved to Butler, Ky. He worked in the maintenance department of the Moila Golf Course here.

Survivors include two brothers, Harry Pfeffer, St. Joseph, and Vincent Pfeffer, Blue Springs, Mo; two sisters, Charlene Pfeffer, Cleves, Ohio, and June Chambers, Dayton, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

The body will arrive late tonight at Stamey-Lindsey Funeral Home where arrangements are pending.

He was buried in February 1982 at Saint Joseph Memorial Park, St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MO, Findagrave #123014053.
