     Alice Putnam was born on 3 May 1933 at Hays, Ellis Co., KS. She was the daughter of Hamilton Putnam and Elizabeth Collier. Alice Putnam was graduated; BS degree, Home Economics, Purdue University. She married Ellis Ray McKinley, son of Ray McKinley and Leila B. Crain, on 14 April 1956. Mrs. Alice P. McKinley, 36, 1623 Magnolia Dr. died early Thursday morning at St. John's Hospital after an eight-month illness,
Active in civic affairs, Mrs. McKinley was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, and Sunday School teacher there, a member of the Tri Kappa Sorority, the Anderson Community Action Council, and the League of Women Voters.
She was also instrumental in founding the Anna Douglas Robertson Day Care School. She had served as Cub Scout Den Mother and past Director of the Girl Scout Day Camp. She had a BS degree in Home Economics from Purdue University.
Mrs. McKinley was born in Hays, Kans. May 3, 1933, a daughter of Hamilton and Elizabeth Collier Putnam and came here from Jeffersonville 14 years ago.
She was married in 1956 to Ellis R. McKinley who survives. Also surviving are three sons at home, Douglas, David and Stephen McKinley; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Putnam of Jeffersonville; and a sister, Mrs. Quinton Markley of Imperial, Neb.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Presbyterian Church by Dr. George Taggert. Interment will be in the East Maplewood Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Harold E. Rozelle Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. today. The body will be taken to the church at noon Saturday to lie in state until the funeral hour.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Interment: East Maplewood Cemetery.

     Ann E. Putney was born circa 1814 at Virginia. She was the daughter of Richard Ellis Putney and Ann Eve Ruffner. Ann E. Putney married (?) Doyle circa 1832 at Virginia.

     Claudius Ray Putney was born on 6 March 1935. He married Jeannette Carolyn John, daughter of Donald William John and Thelma Louise Wilson, on 17 December 1955. Claudius Ray Putney died on 2 December 2020 at Newell, Buena Vista Co., IA, at age 85

Julanne Berry, 86 of Garrettsville, passed away on August 15, 2014. She was born March 23, 1928 in Lorain, Ohio and enjoyed being a homemaker.

She is survived by her sons Richard Berry of North Carolina and Randall Berry of Garrettsville; daughter, Patricia Cavanaugh of Akron and ten grandchildren.

Julanne was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Margaret (Bryan) Py; husband, Richard S. Berry; son Mark, and brother, Raymond Py.

     Jacob S. Pyfer was born on 18 March 1850 at Lancaster Co., PA.¹ He was the son of George Pyfer and Mary Sweigart. Jacob S. Pyfer married Ella Wagner, daughter of John A. Wagner and Mary Stover, on 13 February 1873.¹ Jacob S. Pyfer died on 4 September 1911 at Polo, Ogle Co., IL, at age 61.

     Leathie Mabel Pyfer was born on 2 June 1881 at Haldane, Ogle Co., IL. She married Edward J. Forney, son of Edmund Forney and Elizabeth Hershey, in May 1947. Leathie Mabel Pyfer died on 31 December 1972 at Dixon, Lee Co., IL, at age 91.
