Vicki Sue Lesley-Marcdante, 41, of Phoenix Arizona, died on October 24, 2000. She was born on December 15, 1956 in Madison, Wisconsin. She graduated in 1974 from West High School in Madison Wisconsin. She also graduated from The University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary. She received a Masters at A.S.U. in Tempe. She taught 4th, 5th & 6th grades on Washington Island in Wisconsin from 1980 till 1983. From 1985 till 1988 she was a 6th grade teacher at Vulture Peak Elementary School in Wickenburg, Arizona. From 1990 till 1998 she was a Chapter One Remedial Reading Teacher for Cartwright School District. She is survived by her daughter: Sondra W. Lesley. Olivia R. Grice, 99, of Keokuk, Iowa, passed away at 3:48 AM Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Keokuk Area Hospital.
Olivia was born January 25, 1917, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Herman R. and Ruth J. Hogan Rosencrans. She was united in marriage to Charles R. "Dick" Grice, Jr. on October 8, 1938, in Keokuk, Iowa. He preceded her in death on November 18, 1980.
She graduated from Keokuk High School and was employed by JCPenney in the Credit-Layaway-Catalogue department for 34 years, retiring in1982.
Olivia an active member of First Baptist Church where she participated in the choir and was a Sunday school teacher for 55 years. She was also a member of King's Daughters,Keokuk Area Hospital Auxiliary and Elmira Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star. She volunteered for the Bloodmobile and was past treasurer of the Tri-State Women's Christian group. She loved to travel and had taken several bus tours. She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Olivia is survived by a son, Gary Richard (Diana) Grice of Keokuk; a daughter, Becky Sue (Mark) Overton of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; seven grandchildren, R. Shawne Grice of Burlington, Bryan F. Grice of Keokuk, Kim (Jim) Minter of Keokuk, Keith and Kevin Grice of Orlando, Florida, Matthew (Kristen) Overton of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Michaela (J.L.) Baker of Chicago, and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son Larry Grice in 2004, one brother and three sisters.
A celebration of her life will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at First Baptist Church with Pastor Dale Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Wednesday immediately preceding the service

He married Jean Camille Fell, daughter of Jefferson Eugene Fell and Evelyn DaVault, before 15 July 1958; Jean Rosenkranz, Janna Bradstreet, Rise and Heidi Rosenkranz are listed together on the passenger list of the USNS Gibbins, TAP 183, arrived 15 JUL 1958 at the Port of New York from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Rise Charlene and Heidi Lynn Rosenkranz were Charles' daughters from his first marriage, and were apparently raised from a very young age by Jean and Charles. His first wife's name is unknown.
