     Virginia L. Rue was born on 18 November 1927 at Piqua, Miami Co., OH. She married Donald Harry Smith, Virginia remarried to Theodore G. Anderson in 1963 and was divorced at the time of her death. Virginia L. Rue died on 25 December 1996 at age 69.

John Adam Ruegemer immigrated on 29 September 1910 to Baltimore, MD, on the ship Breslau from Bremen, with (first) wife Auguste, age 37, and children Georg, 18, Karl, 16, Alfred, 6, Ferdinand, 5, Karl, 3, and Henry, 2.

He died after April 1940 at Carroll Co. (probably), MD, John A. and Caroline L. Ruegemer were listed in the 1940 census of Carroll County, near Manchester, farming.
