     Velva Starr was born on 24 July 1901 at Ross Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of Samuel Starr and Laura Ellen Woods.¹ Velva Starr married John Donohoe on 22 June 1918 at Clark Co., OH. Velva Starr married Tanner Fox Christie, son of Thomas Henry Ribble Christie and Alice Rose Hunt, on 10 May 1934 at Indiana. Velva Starr died on 21 April 1973 at Springfield, Clark Co., OH, at age 71. She was buried on 23 April 1973 at Fairview Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Fayette Co., OH, Findagrave #49666863.

     Vera Merle Starr was born on 6 March 1895 at Caldwell, Noble Co., OH.¹ She was the daughter of Carl Lawrence Starr and Anna Laurie Danford.¹ Vera Merle Starr married Albert Eugene Bowen, son of Joseph Bowen and Caroline Jeanette Grier.

     Vera Vesta Starr was born on 7 December 1896. She was the daughter of Moses Wesley Starr and Emma Alice Wellsher. Vera Vesta Starr married Archibald Leslie Bassett on 27 August 1919.

     Vernon Starr was born in 1910. He was the son of Lee Starr and Ella Thompson. Vernon Starr died after 1921.

     Vernon Starr was born on 8 October 1919 at Henderson Co., TX.¹ He lived on 13 January 1920 at Justice Precinct 5, Henderson Co., TX, farming.¹ He began military service WW II service, U.S. Army, Pvt. He married Sally Barbara Allen on 31 July 1945 at Palm Beach Co., FL. Vernon Starr died on 29 May 1977 at Gilmer Hospital, Gilmer, Upshur Co., TX, at age 57. Cause of death: multiple stab wounds, Texas death certificate 46790, Upshur County. He was buried in June 1977 at Rock Hill Cemetery, Brownsboro, Henderson Co., TX, Findagrave #52828900.

     Vesta Leola Starr was the daughter of Albert Fletcher Starr and Alice Minton.

     Note: This is probably the Victor Starr, age 15, found in the 1910 census, Millwood Twp., Guernsey Co., p.229B. If so, then Walter Starr, born abt. 1885, was his brother (same household in Millwood Twp. 1910) (DLB 2005.) Victor Starr was born in February 1895 at Beaver Twp., Noble Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Michael Starr and Rachel (?)¹

     Victor Winfield Starr married Emily Anna Gardner, daughter of Frederick Arbuary Gardner and Laura May Reese. Victor Winfield Starr was born on 20 February 1910. He was the son of George Washington Starr and Lizzie Annie Leese. Victor Winfield Starr died on 20 February 1969 at age 59.

     Victoria Agnes Starr was born on 10 October 1887. She was the daughter of Phillip Taylor Starr and Emma Agnes Ankrom.
