     Viola Bertha Starr was born on 27 June 1920 at Blachly, Lane Co., OR. She was the daughter of Frank Ervin Starr and Nina Elizabeth Syphers. Viola Bertha Starr died on 5 August 1976 at Junction City, Lane Co., OR, at age 56.

     Virgil Starr was born in March 1899 at Beaver Twp., Noble Co., OH.¹ He was the son of Lewis W. Starr and Edna Mae Mercer.¹

     Virginia Campsydell Starr was also known as "Dell". She was born on 13 May 1847 at Belmont Co. (probably), OH.^1,2 She was the daughter of Cephas Wesley Starr and Mary White. Virginia Campsydell Starr married Meredith Brien on 7 August 1863 at Vancouver, Clark Co., WA, Ceremony by Judge E. P. Oliphant. Virginia Campsydell Starr died on 31 January 1878 at Benton Co., OR, at age 30. She was buried in February 1878 at Masonic Cemetery, Harrisburg, Linn Co., OR, Findagrave #42873752.

     Walter Adair Starr was also known as "Watt". He was born on 26 March 1845 at Canehill, Washington Co., AR. He was the son of Joseph McMinn Starr and Delilah Adair. Walter Adair Starr married Ruth Ann Thornton, daughter of William Thornton and Elizabeth Phillips, on 19 February 1869. Walter Adair Starr married Ella Elizabeth Christie, daughter of John Christie and Jane Starr, on 16 August 1893. Walter Adair Starr married Saphronia Winn Crutchfield, daughter of John Crutchfield and Mary Ladd, in 1898. Walter Adair Starr died on 1 January 1906 at Cooweescoowee District, Cherokee Nation West, Indian Territory, at age 60.

Weldon Russell Starr lived between 1983 and 1994 at 1033 Leesburg Avenue, Washington Court House, Fayette Co., OH. He died on 18 September 1999 at VA Medical Center, Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OH, at age 76.

Willard Delmar Starr married Florence Bertha Smith on 4 November 1934 at Bakersfield, Kern Co., CA. Willard Delmar Starr married Dorthy Dimple Garner, daughter of William Oscar Garner and Effie Maude Aday, on 16 December 1965 at Bakersfield, Kern Co., CA. Willard Delmar Starr died on 14 June 1980 at Bakersfield, Kern Co., CA, at age 70 Heart Attack.

     Willard Ottis Starr was born on 3 August 1920 at Cambridge, Guernsey Co., OH. He was the son of Samuel Grover Starr and Mary Leatta Hutton. Willard Ottis Starr married Evelyn Musette Dunning, daughter of Carl R. Dunning and Mural Moffatt, on 10 May 1941 at Guernsey Co., OH. Willard Ottis Starr began military service on 9 September 1942 WW II service, enlisted, U.S. Army. A memorial plaque in the Church records refers to the John Starre who died in 1646 as the fifth son of William Starre. Occupation: Textile manufacturer.
