Cassandra A. Black was also known as "Cassie".1 She was born on 18 September 1852 at Coshocton Co. (probably), OH.2,3,1 She was the daughter of James Black and Mary Brewer.1,2 Cassandra A. Black lived on 23 June 1870 at Oxford Twp., Coshocton Co., OH, Cassandra was listed as "Cass Andrew", a female.3 She married Joseph F. Wendell, son of Henry Harrison Wendell and Melissa M. Hopkins, on 3 June 1875 at Franklin Co., OH.1 Cassandra A. Black and Joseph F. Wendell were divorced before 1898 Presume they divorced as Cassie was living at the time of his second marriage. DLB 2017. Cassandra A. Black lived on 2 June 1900 at Muskingum County Infirmary, Falls Twp., Muskingum Co., OH, listed as widowed, but that was not correct.4 She died on 10 May 1916 at Zanesville, Muskingum Co., OH, at age 63. She was buried in May 1916 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Zanesville, Muskingum Co., OH, Find A Grave Memorial# 60518305.
