A second Robert M. Wilson was born 9 FEB 1900 or 1901 at Columbus, Ohio, per his WW I and WW II draft registrations, and was living in Jacksonville, Florida on 16 FEB 1942 when he registered for the draft. His next of kin is listed as Metta B. Wilson. The 1935 Florida state census reveals this Robert Murch Wilson to have been the son of Jack and Metta B. Wilson, living in Duval County in 1935. There is considerable confusion in the online records between these two individuals. DLB 2019.1

He was the son of Edmund Thomas Wilson and Maude H. Miller.1 Robert M. Wilson began military service WW I service, U.S. Army, honorable discharge 30 SEP 1919. He married Ernestine E. Hill, daughter of Ernest Henry Hill and Stella Maud Dorworth, on 23 December 1926 at Franklin Co., OH. Robert M. Wilson and Ernestine E. Hill were divorced before July 1929. Robert M. Robert W. "Bob" Wilson (1937 - 2015)

EVANSDALE -- Robert W. “Bob” Wilson, 77, of Evansdale, died Saturday, April 25, at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, of natural causes.

He was born Nov. 6, 1937, in Waterloo, son of Fred and Agnes Sauer Wilson. He married Donnetta Wilt on Dec. 6, 1958, in Waterloo; she died in 1995. He then married Arlene Laughead on Jan. 28, 2001, in Florida.

A graduate of Rogue River High School, Rogue River, Ore., Bob was employed by John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works for 34 years, retiring in 1993.

Survived by: his wife; three sons, Steve (Debbie) of La Porte City, Mark (Pam) of El Cajon, Calif., and Craig of San Diego; three stepsons, Rick (Ranae) Dolleslager of La Porte City, Steve Dolleslager (Kevin Schmitz) of Davenport and Kirk Dolleslager of Wellsburg; four grandchildren, Chris, David, Josh and Will Wilson; five stepgrandchildren, Devin Dolleslager, McKaila (Nick) Hanna, Austin Dolleslager, Alex Blomme and Alison Arwine; six stepgrandchildren; two brothers, Charlie of Tampa, Fla., and Ben (Polly) of Shell Rock; and three sisters, Blanche Haberstitch and Myrt Leyen, both of Waterloo, and Anna Vincent of Waverly.

Preceded in death by: four brothers, Ray, Fred Jr., Ed and Guy; and a sister, Jenny Carpenter.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel, Waterloo. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and an hour before services Thursday at the chapel.

Services for Ruth B. Kirkpatrick, 93, of Quincy, are 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home.
The former Macomb resident and rural school teacher died at 4:05 a.m. Thursday, April 25, 1991 in Blessing Hospital at Quincy.
The Rev. David Pease will officiate and burial is in Camp Creek Cemetery. Family visitation is 7 to 8:30 tonight at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick was born Aug. 13, 1897 in Bethel Township to Charles Samuel and Mary Jane (Ames) Wilson. She married John W. Kirkpatrick Jan. 26, 1923 at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. He died Feb. 12, 1967.
Surviving are three daughters, Eleanor Dennis of Quincy, Marilyn Stone of Macomb and Luan Adams of Coal Valley; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Wilson; and three sisters, Jeanette Hinton, Martha Welch and Laura Wilson.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick spent most of her life in McDonough County.
She was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church of Macomb.

She was buried in April 1991 at Camp Creek Cemetery, Macomb, McDonough Co., IL.
