Eleanor Nancy Williams Cochran, 99, of Columbia passed away Thursday, May 28, 2015.

She was born Aug. 21, 1915, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Oliver W. and Cora Sturgis Williams.

She is survived by her three children, Dick Cochran (Dee Dee), Carolyn Cochran Best, Kathleen Hutchinson (Loring); seven grandchildren, Rick (Lori), Caryn Wedekind (Tim), Chris (Kelly), Donnie Sarver, Kathleen Best, Caroline Curdy (Joe), Leila Flores; and 16 great-grandchildren, Monica, Alexandra, Richard III, Shawn, Ryan, Sammy, Connor, Cameron, Laura, Carys, Kai, Cole, Cruz, Trinity, Wren, Primrose; and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her late husband, Harold L. Cochran; and three siblings, William Williams, Sam Williams and Mary Margaret Asher.

Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 9, at Memorial Funeral Home in Columbia, with the funeral to follow at 11 a.m.
