     Note: After graduating at the Germantown High School, Miss Braungard won a scholarship at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1924, she was elected President of the Women's Student Government for the coming (her senior) year by the four classes, the highest honor given a girl at the University. She is a member of the "Mortar Board," the "Sphinx and Key" and was elected President of the Delta, Delta, Delta fraternity and was a delegate to the National Convention of that body at Glacier National Park, Montana, in June 1925. She was President of the Junior Class and Treasurer of the YWCA at the University which is active in settlement work.1 Marian Braungard was born on 19 August 1903.1 She was the daughter of John Howard Braungard and Bertha Bonebrake.

Mrs. Emily Kitzmiller Dies in Taylorville

The funeral of Mrs. Emily Marcia Kitzmiller, 89-year-old widow of the late Dr. Joseph H. Kitzmiller of Taylorville, will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Shafer funeral home here. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Kitzmiller died at 2:50 a.m. Saturday in the St. Vincent hospital where she had been a patient for four weeks.
She was a native of Ohio. She was born in Razenna in that state on September 21, 1851. She was married to Dr. Joseph H. Kitzmiller at Taylorville who died in 1907 after practicing medicine more than 30 years.
She was a member of the First Baptist church of Taylorville and was a charter member of the church's Dorcas society. She was also active in the Women's Relief Corps for many years.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Mitta Speer of Taylorville and Mrs. Dixon Bond of Minneapolis, Minn.

She was buried in May 1941 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, Christian Co., IL.

Funeral Services for Wesley Earl Bray, 79, of Clarksville, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, at Scott Funeral Home, North Chapel, with burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Jeffersonville. He died Saturday, May 1, 2004, at his home.
He was a minister of music in Ontario, Canada, a music director at a church in South Bend and a courier/dispatcher for I.C.L. in Louisville for five years. He was a member of Springdale United Methodist Church, a song evangelist his entire life, a member of AARP and a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force (R.C.A.F.) in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Naomi L. Bray; sons, Phillip Neil and Sally Page and Gary W. and Cindy Page, all of Clarksville, grandsons, Packy and Michelle Page, Charlestown and Garrett D. Page, all of Clarksville; granddaughters, Georgia Page, Clarksville, Teresa Page, Nashville, Tenn. Kristy Swain, Jeffersonville; great-grandchildren, Jailen Swain. Jeffersonville, Kennedy Page, Charlestown and Tanner Page, Nashville, Tenn; brothers, Kenneth E. and Lorna Bray and Norman D.. and Jutta Bray, all of Ontario; and sisters, Hulda and Frank Hewgill, Ontario, Marion and Earl McGhee, London, Ontario and Ruth and Roger Gast, Strathroy, Ontario.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Davis Bray; his parents, John Wesley Bray and Ethel Annie Bray; and a brother, Stanley Bray.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today, Monday, may 3, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, at the funeral home.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to his church or Hospice and palliative Care of Southern Indiana.

He was buried in May 2004 at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, Clark Co., IN. Occupation: Minister of music in Ontario, Canada; a music director at a church in South Bend and a courier/dispatcher for I.C.L. in Louisville for five years.
