I, Arthur Callison of Clark County, Ohio, make this my last will and testament: Item first - I give and bequeath to my son Samuel the use of my farm on which I now reside duringmy life and three years after my decease for his trouble he has had and may have with me and to have the use of my property during the time he holds the farm.
Item 2nd At the expiration of three years after my decease the farm on which I now reside is to be sold at private or public sale whichever my administrator may think best.
Item 3rd I give and devise unto my son John's heirs three hundred dollars to equally divide between all his heirs now lving to be paid out of the ___ payments my farm.
Item 4th I give and devise fifty dollars unto my son Moses and fifty dollars unto my daughter Sarah and fifty dollars unto my son Peter to make them equal to my other heirs which I have paid the like sum in my lifetime.
Item 5th I give and devise the balance of the proceeds of farm in the following manner to my son William and Robert and Samuel, Anthony and Moses and my daughter Sarah and my son Peter to be equally divided between all above name heirs.
Item 6th I give and devise unto my son John three dollars.

DIALTON-Mrs. Glenna C. Covell, 76, of Dialton, died in her residence at 4 a.m. Friday following an illness of two weeks. Mrs. Covell, a native of Dialton, was born Feb. 8, 1887, a daughter of George and Emma Michael Collison. She was a member of the Newsome Chapel Church and a graduate of Ohio Northern University. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Eunice Walls of Springfield, Route 2; a son George of Delaware, O; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Wiekham Funeral Home, St. Paris, where friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday until noon Sunday. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Newsome Chapel, where the body will lie in state one hour prior to services. The Rev. Samuel Brunner will officiate. Burial will be in Newsome Chapel Cemetery.

Item II - At the death of my said wife or at my death should she not survive me, I give and devise to my son David the following described real estate viz: Being a part o fthe North East 1/4 of Sec. 3 T.3 R 10 MR containing one hundred and one 35/100 acres also the road leading to said place the same being more particularly described in the deed from Mary J. Ray et al to Moses Callison which deed is recorded in Volume 99 pages 61 and 62 Deed records of Clark County, Ohio also the following being the acres square of Woodland in the North West corner of Section No. 33 T No. 4 R 10 MRs -- all of said land being in Clark County, Ohio to have and to hold the same to the said David Callison during his natural life and at his death to his heirs and their assigns forever.
Item III - I give and bequeath at the death of my said wife or should she not survive me, then at my death, to my daughter Lida Ellen Jenkins thirty acres off of the south part of Sec. No. 33 T No.4 R 10 MRs Clark County, Ohio known as a part of my "Home farm", the north line of said thirty acres shall be parallel with the south line thereof. Also ten (10) acres square out of the North East corner of the above section to have and to hold the same during her natural life and at her death to her heirs and their assigns forever.
Item IV - At the death of my said wife, or at my death should she not survive me, I give and defvise to my son Nevin Elwood the remainder of my "Home farm" situate in Clark County, Ohio Sec. 33, T 4, R 10 MRs the same being about one hundred and ten acres more or less, to have and to hold during his natural life and at his death to his heirs and their assigns forever.
Item V - I give to my son Willard E. Callison the note he now owes me and any and all other indebtedness he may owe me.
Should any of my chidlren die before my death or the death of my said wife, should she survive me, then I desire the share given to the parent during life and at the parent's death to their heirs, I give the share so devised to themselves of such deceased child absolutely.
I hereby nominate and request the court of Probate to appoint my son Nevin Elwood Callison the executor of this my last will and testament and request the court not to request him to give bond.

Ray et al to Moses Callison which deed is recorded in Volume 99 pages 61 and 62 Deed records of Clark County, Ohio also the following being the acres square of Woodland in the North West corner of Section No. 33 T No. 4 R 10 MRs -- all of said land being in Clark County, Ohio to have and to hold the same to the said David Callison during his natural life and at his death to his heirs and their assigns forever.
Item III - I give and bequeath at the death of my said wife or should she not survive me, then at my death, to my daughter Lida Ellen Jenkins thirty acres off of the south part of Sec. No. 33 T No.4 R 10 MRs Clark County, Ohio known as a part of my "Home farm", the north line of said thirty acres shall be parallel with the south line thereof. Also ten (10) acres square out of the North East corner of the above section to have and to hold the same during her natural life and at her death to her heirs and their assigns forever.
Item IV - At the death of my said wife, or at my death should she not survive me, I give and defvise to my son Nevin Elwood the remainder of my "Home farm" situate in Clark County, Ohio Sec. 33, T 4, R 10 MRs the same being about one hundred and ten acres more or less, to have and to hold during his natural life and at his death to his heirs and their assigns forever.
Item V - I give to my son Willard E. Callison the note he now owes me and any and all other indebtedness he may owe me.
Should any of my chidlren die before my death or the death of my said wife, should she survive me, then I desire the share given to the parent during life and at the parent's death to their heirs, I give the share so devised to themselves of such deceased child absolutely.
I hereby nominate and request the court of Probate to appoint my son Nevin Elwood Callison the executor of this my last will and testament and request the court not to request him to give bond.

Moses Callison, deceased, Nevin Elwood Callison produced the last will and testament of Moses Callison, late of the Township of Pike in Clark County who died on the 25th day of December 1898.
