Harvey A. Carson, Jr., age 84, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011. He was born on July 22, 1927 in Edgerton, Wyoming to parents Harvey Arthur Carson and Nina (Locke) Carson.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Carson; sons, Steve Carson and wife Seleba, Scott Carson and wife Valorie, Stan Carson and wife Marcie and Richard "Stacey" Carson and wife Jennifer; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 1, 2011 in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, Texas with Chaplain Dean Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Georgetown.
