Mary was born in Escanaba, Michigan, in 1921. After attending the University of Denver, she met her husband Joe and married in 1945. They served for 29 years in the U.S. Air Force and retired in Tuscaloosa, Ala. in 1969. She enjoyed her numerous social clubs, playing bridge and especially playing golf.

RICHWOOD - Patricia L. Cope, 61, died Friday afternoon at Memorial Hospital, Marysville.

Born March 17, 1935 in Leetonia, she was the daughter of the late Francis James and Sophia (Zaksgeski) Citinio, who survives in Leetonia.

She was a member of the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Marysville. She worked at the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Marysville, since the early 1980s as an employment counselor. She was a member of the Better Mothers's O.C.C.L., Union County Chamber of Commerce and worked with the American Red Cross in Marysville.

She is also survived by a son, Craig T. Cope, Richwood; a daughter, Cherie Ann Cope, Columbus; and two brothers, Thomas S. and Vincent S. Citino, both of Salem.

Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Skofcheck Funeral Home with a prayer service at 3 p.m. Following cremation, there will be funeral mass services and burial of cremains in Leetonia at a later date.
