ELLICOTT CITY, Md. - Jack S. Evans, 42, of Ellicott City, formerly of Palmyra, Pa., died Friday at home. He was director of business development for Computer Sciences Corp., Hanover, earlier worked for GTECH and Control Data Corp., New York, and was a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
