Christopher Wendel vs. Hite Descendants Chancery Court Case

A dispute over land acreage and boundaries of the original Wendel properties on North Mountain resulted in a Virginia Chancery Court case in the late 1700s. The original case file is at the Filson Historical Society in Louisville, Kentucky. I was able to obtain a digital scan of the original parchment documents and then made this transcription.
