Note: This son of Sam and Mary (Wendell) Starr was born after Levi (~1822) and probably in early 1825, according to both the 1830 and 1840 censuses. In 1830, he was counted as "under 5", but in 1840 he was counted as "beween 15 - 20". He was out of the household (or deceased) before the 1850 census. A search of the 1850 census does not find any male Starrs born in the 1825 timeframe that are not otherwise accounted for.
