PARK CITY -- Velma Brown, 58 of Park City, passed away peacefully at her home, Jan. 1, 2002.
Velma was the duaghter of John and Merle Estes McMillan, born Sept. 20,1943, in Billings. Velma attended school in Park City, graduating in 1961. After graduation, she married Robert R. Brown on Jan. 27, 1962. They lived in Molt, Billings and Park City before moving to Great Falls in 1967. Bob and Velma returned to Park City in 1979 and started Western Pump, Inc.
Velma is survived by her husband Bob of Park City; a daughter, Pam (Ken) Adkins of Wyoming; a son, Steve of Park City and his daughters, Shannea and Brittany; her mother, Merle McMillan of Laurel; a sister, Maxine Buerkle of Reed Point; a brother, Allen (Sharon) McMillen of Park City; and several nieces and nephews.
Velma was preceded in death by two sons, Robert and Rodney; and her father, John McMillen.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at the Laurel United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Rockvale Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Dialysis Clinic Inc., 2411 Village Lane, Billings, MT 59102.
