He is survived by his wife, Della; one daughter, Mrs. William (Beulah) Rouch, West Milton; one son, Kenneth Martindale, Union Rural Route; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton, 7-9 p.m. Thursday.
