Phyllis A. Agan, April 12, 1939 - June 15, 2006

OKEECHOBEE, Fla. - Phyllis Ann Agan, 67, Okeechobee, Fla., Scottsburg native and formerly of Salem, died Thursday at her residence.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, John E. Agan, Okeechobee; two sons, Jeff Agan, Michigan and Jay Agan, Orange Park, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and one sister, Bonnie Brown, Salem.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Dawalt Funeral Home in Salem with Brother Paul Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Phyllis Agan

Phyllis Agan, age 67, of Okeechobee, died June 15, 2006 at her home. Mrs. Agan was born April 12, 1939 in Scott County, Ind. She was a homemaker having come to Okeechobee from Indiana in 1988. She was a member of the Okeechobee Christian Church.

Mrs. Agan is survived by her husband of 50 years, John Agan of Okeechobee; sons, Jeff (Hope) Agan of Michigan, and Jay Agan of Orange Park, seven grandchildren, and one sister, Bonnie Brown of Salem, Ind.

Funeral services will be held in Indiana with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem, Ind. No local services will be held.
