J. Oletha Rittenhouse, 88, of Washington Court House, formerly of the New

Martinsburg area, died Saturday, September 9, 2000, at Auburn Manor,

Washington C. H., Ohio.

Born February 9, 1912, in Clinton County, she was the daughter of George Rolfe

and Ottie McDaniels Rolfe.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Judy Rittenhouse,

Washington C. H.; three daughters and a son-in-law, Mary Haines, Washington C.H.,

Ruby Cave, London and Donna and Albert Pruitt, London; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-

grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and three sisters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph R. Rittenhouse, who died December

29, 1977; one daughter, Elsie Rittenhouse Howard; one grandson, Mark Haines; one

great-grandson, Robbie Bowles; two brothers and one infant sister.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 13, at 1 P.M. at the Murray-

Fettro Funeral Home, Greenfield with Pastor Mike Free officiating.

Burial will be in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Friends may call today from 4-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
