Sarah Jane (Leeper) Mancieri, age 73, of Conway, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 8, 2012. She was born on February 22, 1939 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late George Leeper and Ritta Lucille (Jeffery) Leeper Schaer. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Nicholas Mancieri; and two sisters, Judy Beegle and Betty Lou Walter.
Sarah is survived by two daughters, Robin Mancieri Nicpan (David) of Vilonia and Lisa Mancieri Kelley (Rick) of Vilonia; a beloved granddaughter, Danielle Lynn Nicpan of Conway. She is also survived by three sisters and a brother Georgeanna King of Judsonia, Ruthie (Kenny)Kennedy of Byesville, Ohio, Eithel Patterson of Byesville, Ohio and Michael Beghin of Massillon, Ohio.
Sarah was a veteran of the Women's Army Corps of the United States Army and an avid Bible reader. She devoted her life to the Lord, her children and her only grandchild. She had a love for children and cared for many. She loved people and they loved her back. She had a special something that attracted people to her. She had a smile that could light up any room and she loved to laugh and make others laugh with her. She will forever be missed by her family and friends.
A special thanks to all the nursing aides and nurses at Salem Place Nursing and Rehab for the care and comfort they provided to her for the last two and a half years. They were her caregivers but also her friends. A special thanks also to Odyssey Hospice for their care in her final days of life.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 12, 2012, 5:00-7:00pm, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home (501)327-7727. Graveside service will be Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 1:00pm at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock with LtCol Stephen D. Kelley (ret) officiating.

Betty Lou Walter, 66 of Cambridge, Ohio died Sunday January 24, 2010 at Cambridge Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she had been a resident for four years.
She was born April 14, 1943 in Cambridge, Ohio: daughter of the late George Leeper and Rita Lucille (Jeffries) Shearer.
Mrs Walter had worked as a waitress at Coney Island, the Elks Lodge and the Plaza. She also worked at Buckeye Laundry. She was Pentecostal by faith. She was a member of the Guernsey County Senior Citizens Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edison Walter, in 1982. They were married in 1959: also deceased are a son, George Walter: a sister, Judy Beagle: and three grandchildren.
She is survived by four sons, Thomas Edison Walter of Noble County, Kenny Robert Walter of Byesville, Ohio, James Thomas Walter of Byesville, Ohio and Jonathan Lee Walter of Cambridge, Ohio: three daughters, Jayne Ann Walter of Cambridge, Ohio, Debra Lynn Walter of Byesville, Ohio and Tammy Potopsky of Cambridge, Ohio: three brothers, George A. Leeper and John Leeper, both of Byesville, Ohio and Michael Beghin of Massillon, Ohio: four sisters, Georgianna King and Sarah Mancircle both of Arkansas, Ruthie Kennedy of Byesville, Ohio and Ethel Patterson of Cambridge, Ohio: 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren: an aunt and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Northwood Cemetery Mausoleum where services will follow at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Church Simpson officiating. Burial will be in Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge, Ohio.

OBITUARY - Cleo Katherine (Goss) Watts (mother of Donna Diane (Watts) Sanborn); The Fresno Bee, California; Sunday, March 23, 2008 (GenealogyBank.com)
Cleo Katherine Watts was born in Lead, South Dakota, to Roscoe and Ethel Goss on October 25, 1913. She left this earth on Thursday, March 20, 2008, to be embraced by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven. She was in the first graduating class of Roosevelt High School in 1931. She was instrumental in starting the first tennis team at Roosevelt. She attended Fresno State College for two years and was active in Alpha Theta Sorority. In 1935, she married Jess A. Watts and they were happily married for 54 years until his passing in 1989. In 1966, she and Audrey Meyers brought Bible Study Fellowship to Fresno. It has continued to this day. She taught Sunday School at the Memorial Baptist Church. She later was an active member of the First Baptist Church and was a member of The Bridge in her last years. She has always been known as one of Jesus' prayer warriors. Preceding her in death were her parents, her brother, Bob; her husband, Jess; and her son, Bob Watts. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Sanborn and her husband Conrad; as well as her daughter-in-law, Gaynelle Watts. She has five grandchildren, Kari Sanborn, Kelli Mori, Michael Sanborn, Todd Watts and Stephanie Cross. In addition, she has five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 26, 2008, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park on Thursday, March 27, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held at San Joaquin Gardens' Fellowship Hall on Thursday, March 27, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. Remembrances may be sent in her name to Mount Hermon Christian Camp, P.O.
