Funeral services for Mrs. Emma M. Anderson, who died Saturday morning in her home in Thompsonville, were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at her late residence. Mrs. Anderson was aged 54 years and was the wife of Charles Anderson, who survives with two daughters, Mrs. Georgia Sharp and Mrs. Nellie Lynch, both of Canonsburg, R. D. Her mother, Mrs. Lucy Wright Tharp, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Smith, of Ashtabula, O. also survive. There are seven grandchildren. The interment was in the Center church cemetery.

Charles R. Anderson of Castle Shannon, former local resident, died Saturday, November 7, at his house. He was born in Greene county on March 3, 1875. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Harold Sharp of Canonsburg, and Mrs. James P. Lynch of Carrick; also two brothers and one sister, George of Waynesburg, Bert of Sycamore, and Mrs. Alice Edgar of Waynesburg. R. D.
