Mr. Reece was born in Marietta, Georgia on September 14, 1958. He is preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Clarence Reece and a brother, Junior Reece. He was the owner of Reece's Vegetable Market in Campbellsville.
Visitation for Mr. Billy C. Reece will be Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 6:00 pm until 8:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens.

Fendall Silber, 1931-2012, quietly and peacefully passed away. She graduated from Towson State College in 1953 and began a teaching career. Joan's attention turned to raising her five children, Craig, Dawn, Jill, Jamie and Jenny, whom she loved with all her heart. Joan joyfully welcomed eleven grandchildren into her life, Cody, Shannon, Jenna, Zach, Braelinn, Nikki, Kipp, Jamie, Lucy, Maggie and Georgia. Joan pursued a career with the Baltimore County Public Library, where her love of books was put to great use, including her last 3 years of volunteering at Ridgely Middle School's library. She was previously married to John Ferdinand Silber (deceased).
A private family ceremony was held on April 15.
